Omiš is 25 km south of Split, where the Cetina River canyon meets the Adriatic Sea. Where are the villas located?

The Omiš Riviera stretches about 25 km along the coast, and each area offers a different holiday experience. South of Omiš, the coastline is quieter. Stanići is a peaceful, upscale area known for its beautiful sunsets over calm water. Lokva Rogoznica is a hilltop village with beaches like Ruskamen just a few minutes away. Inland, the villages of Tugare, Gata, and Naklice have the largest and best-equipped villas. They are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and often include extras like tennis courts and wellness areas. You will need a car to stay here. Which beaches are near the villas?

The sandy beaches of the Omiš Riviera are a real highlight, as sand is rare on the Croatian coast. Velika Plaža, the main beach in town, has soft sand and shallow water that stays knee-deep for up to 200 meters, making it very safe for young children. Duće extends this sandy stretch for another 6 km. If you prefer something different, Brzet has pebbles, pine trees for shade, and clear water for snorkeling. Ruskamen is popular for windsurfing and has pine-fringed coves, while Stanići offers calm pebble bays with great sunsets. Divers often visit Vruja Cove near Pisak, where fresh water springs come up from the sea.

In town, climb to the Mirabella and Starigrad fortresses for views over the riviera. How much does a villa in Omiš cost?

Villa prices here start at €129 per night and can go up to about €800 for large beachfront properties during peak season. The time of year matters most: July and August are the most expensive, while May, June, September, and October are 20 to 40 percent cheaper for the same villa. Prices also depend on size and amenities. A four-bedroom villa with a standard pool is mid-range. Features like heated pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and direct beach access make villas more expensive.
