Beachfront Villa Flores

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. Perfect host ensuring the property was as good (if not better) than the photos and write up illustrated. We were very sorry to have to leave when our booking period came to an end. I would happily stay again and recommend this property to others I know.

Beautiful location run by a fantastic family

Our two families had a fabulous time at Villa Flores. It is a stunning villa right on the beach with views to die for with some beach bars and restaurants a short walk either side of the villa. It is also then about a 20 minute walk into Omis or 2 minute bus journey from out side the villa, which has many more places to eat and drink and a classic Croatian feel. Our host Mirko and his father were available whenever needed to answer any questions and help make our stay a memorable one. I can not recommend this villa enough and we would love to return in the future.

What a great place, we loved it.

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location. The owner of the property was extremely responsive and helpful. The house and all of the amenities were perfect in every way. There is a beach bar less than a minute from the house, and Omis is just a 15-minute walk and has lots of restaurants and bars.

We stayed with friends & family. The home was perfect as we all had our own areas. Highly recommend!!

The owners have meticulously equipped the home with every amenity imaginable, ensuring a stay that was as effortless as it was enjoyable. Perched atop this haven was the rooftop deck, an idyllic spot where the sun dipped below the horizon in a stunning display of colors—each sunset an unforgettable performance. The villa's location was a dream for us as we love to explore on foot, nestled conveniently close to the vibrant town of Omis, with its inviting restaurants and local markets. My sister-in-law loved just walking out the back gate and across the sidewalk to enjoy a brisk (October)swim in the beautiful, calm ocean. Cleanliness and comfort are paramount at Villa Flores, with an abundant supply of fresh towels and a sleek, functional interior design that made every room a delight. The cooler outdoor pool in October challenged us to take a few laps, while the heated rooftop pool offered a soothing embrace after a day of adventure. The heated, indoor swim jet pool, my favorite, was the crown jewel, perfect for unwinding and getting a swim when I wasn't daring enough to swim in the outdoor pool. Accessibility to the owners added a golden layer of service, with their readiness to assist in adventure planning—a true boon for us. Even our lightest sleeper found sanctuary in the separate living quarters, while the main house was a bastion of tranquility, soundproofed from the world's hustle. The warm welcome was sweetened by the delectable taste of Soparnik, a local specialty gifted by Mirko, enhancing the warm embrace of Villa Flores. This home didnt’t just open its doors; it opened a world of pleasure, comfort, and adventure. It earns a resounding five out of five, a beacon of vacation excellence.

Eine traumhaft schöne Lokation. Außergewöhnlich und perfekt! Jeden Cent wert!!! Die Dachtetasse ist einzigartig konzipiert und eine Oase der Ruhe! Wie :„Über den Dächern“ von Duce…mit außergewöhnlich viel Dachbegrünung und Meerblick soweit das Auge reicht. Der direkte und private Strandzugang ist eine Besonderheit, die ihres Gleichen sucht! Sonnenliegen für den Strand vor der Villa,stellt dass Haus ihren Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung . Praktisch kann man sein Fahrzeug auf dem Parking komplett unbewegt stehen lassen…tolle Bars und Restaurants sind über einen Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade zu erreichen . Die Besitzer leben auf dem „Anwesen“ und sind absolut herzliche und dezente Gastgeber! Völlig diskret und unbemerkt werden am Hauptpool Sonnenschirme für uns aufgekurbelt..Liegen wieder gerade gerückt…Poolbedeckung auf und zu gemacht…alles damit der Gast nix tun braucht und entspannen kann..😊👍 Vorallem „Oma Tonka „ haben wir ganz besonders ins Herz geschlossen. Eine ganz besondere alte Dame…♥️ Ihr Walnuss-Schnaps ist ein besonderes „Tröpfchen“,das sie gerne ihren lieben Gästen anbietet. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub in einen Traumhaus! Wir kommen wieder!

Thank you very much to Mirko, the host, and his family. They were always available, responsive and extremely friendly. This is one of those rare properties where the pictures (amazing as they are!) simply do not do the place justice. The location is stunning, the villa is equipped to the highest standard and the space and layout are extremely generous. The rooftop terrace is stunning with a view to match. While it helped us to have a car to explore the local area and do our first larger shopping trip for a few essentials, all amenities (restaurants, bars and supermarkets ) are easily walkable and the choice was wide enough for the 2 weeks we had here. Thank you for an amazing stay - we'll happily return and will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

Villa Flores is the perfect spot and owned by a lovely family who were so welcoming!!!. An amazing home with no detail forgotten. Very comfortable and absolutely worth the price!!! Our experience with feriehome was exceptional. From the moment we booked the Villa until the last day, we had great communication and they answered every message quickly. I would definitely be comfortable booking through them again in the future.

This home exceeded our expectations. Lots of room to lounge, multiple pools and views to enjoy. The gardens were beautiful and the birds singing made it feel like paradise. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach for a cool dip in the sea and a quick walk to Omis or drive to Split. Restaurants and grocery stores walking distance too. The owners were very responsive and lovely people. Our family ranging from 75 yrs to 8 yrs all had a wonderful vacation.

Villa Flores was absolutely gorgeous and was definitely a luxury stay location for our family of six adults. The amenities were outstanding and exactly as described - three pools (outdoor, indoor, and jetted rooftop pools). The Finnish sauna was fabulous and the gym was well-equipped. We spent more for this property, but it was well worth the price and we felt extremely pampered and special. Mirko, the host, was very responsive and friendly. The Villa location was outstanding, steps out the door to the beach, walkable to many restaurants, stores, and only a short walk into old town Omis.

Villa Flores is an amazing Villa!!! 😊 The villa is even better than in the pictures, very well-kept. We loved the mountain- and seaview, being right at the beach, the nicely decorated rooms, the heated pools and the rooftop terrace – basically everything! 😉 This is surely a place you do not want to leave again… The hosts were VERY nice and welcoming, we received a large Soparnik for the whole family upon arrival late in the evening, which was great. THANK YOU! We will for sure recommend this villa, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, just relax and enjoy!!! 😃

I cannot recommend this villa enough. We had a fantastic family holiday (8 of us) and all enjoyed it immensely. The location is perfect with a bar next door and boat trips, rafting, zip lines and jet skis all a short walk away. A beautiful villa in stunning part of the world with a perfect host as well. Five stars for sure!!!

We loved our stay at the beautiful Villa Flores! The views are incredible and our host, Mirka was so welcoming and helpful. The location is so convenient to everything. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hiking in town. We also enjoyed a couple of days on the boat with Pave. Amazing! We will definitely be back. We also loved having the private chef, Martin, prepare his fresh and delicious food!

Could not have asked for a better Villa. Absolutely beautiful inside and out, pools, beach access, and walking distance to restaurants. The owners treat you like family, arranged to have pizza waiting for us and our hungry kids when we arrived from our late flight. They also had a breakfast buffet worked perfect for our schedule. During the days at the pool we would just open a tab at the bar next door and walk 10 steps to grab drinks. On top of everything the house offers the location is breathtaking. Few mins drive from Omis, great little town. great location for day trips to Split and Dubrovnik. Just got home and miss it already. Will be telling friends about this place for sure. Villa Flores is everything and more. The photos are incredibly accurate. But nothing can capture the physical and emotional experience of architecture and location coming together as Villa Flores does. Every inch has been brilliantly thought out and executed. Stylish amenities. Perfect location. Quiet and private. Yet close enough to both Omis and busy Split. From the beginning, with the property manager, Mirjana, helping us with every detail and endless questions (we had not been to Croatia) to the owners seeing our experience was indeed what we wanted. Nothing went, well… unwanted. Of Note: The owners are on-site. The Villa next door has been in the family for generations and Villa Flores (a seriously high-tech and architecturally designed property was recently built next door). For us, this was a very special reunion of 3 couples and not only is the Villa expansive enough for privacy, but Mirjana and the family handled everything - from ordering flowers to a private chef, to a private boat charter for day outings. The estate layout is brilliant. Giving everyone enough private space – pool, garden, spa, gym, sauna, terraces - as well as taking full advantage of the glorious drama of the Adriatic Sea literally at your feet. Our regret: Not enough days. We were there 6 days. Far too short. Make no mistake, the Villa is intoxicating. It is extremely hard to leave. So, if you have a “To Do” list in the Split/Adriatic Coast area… I would highly recommend a few extra days just spent at the property before (or during) your excursions. It was, on occasion, painful to leave, even knowing what glorious elements of Croatia lay outside. Speaking of excursions… through Villa Flores we were introduced to Pave (Paul) and Speed Boat Omis. We arranged a one-day private charter to Hvar (highly recommended) and ended up booking other days. Pave and his boats are perfect! And most important, they are in Omis (5 minutes from the Villa) and not Split (30 minutes from the Villa). Also, Villa Flores was able to arrange a private chef. They introduced us to Martin Grubisa. Amazing Chef. Martin came our first night and last. Something I also highly recommend. A beautiful beginning and end to an extraordinary trip. Food and service amazing. If your plan is to stay at the Villa for sun and fun, having a Chef of Martin’s quality is great to answer to “what’s to eat?”. I happily write this… but regret Villa Flores will not remain “My Secret”.
