Seaview Villa Flora is indeed a masterpiece spread over three stages with a total of 360sqm living area organised on three levels, perfectly located on the 580sqm lot in the center of the small Mediterranean town Omiš, in Borak area with breathtaking sea views and in walking distance to the sandy or pebble beach (500-600m), restaurants (450m) and shops (350m). It offers a private and heated swimming pool, 8 master bedrooms in total, 5 bedrooms are settled on the middle floor and 3 bedrooms on the Penthouse floor. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and open sea views. There are 2 living-dining areas, 2 kitchens, a Spa area with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, a shower, and all with a direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area.

Upon your arrival at this spectacular villa rental, you will be greeted and accommodated by the owner Bernard who will gladly provide all the needed information for your perfectly relaxed Croatian holiday. The property is fully equipped with all modern guests' needs for a very comfortable stay, with free WiFi, a central air-conditioning system, a smart TV with IPTV channels, a Netflix account, and Denon Heos speakers with Bluetooth technology. This property is perfect for a family gathering, a luxurious couple retreat, or a friend's reunion, but parties or loud music are not allowed as you will be located in a very quiet area of Omiš with a very peaceful neighborhood.
Here is a detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:
* THE OUTDOOR (pool area with sea views) offers a private and heated swimming pool 8m x 3m (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.) with hydro massage and a 2m shallow part for your youngest, the water has a no-chlorine system, a sun deck area with 4 deck chairs plus a built-in sun deck bench with pillows, an outdoor shower, a spacious outdoor dining area with a barbecue (woods/charcoal). In front of the living /dining room, there is a spacious covered area next to the pool with a comfortable lounge corner, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine while looking at sunsets.
* THE GROUND floor (pool level) is spread over 130 sqm and offers a living area with a direct approach to the pool and outdoor dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances (a Microwave, a Toaster, a Kettle, a capsule Coffee machine Julius Meinl...and more), a breakfast table, a connected dining area, and a stylish and very nicely organized living room with several sofas and a TV. There is also a SPA room with a Finnish Sauna, an indoor Whirlpool (a hot tub), a shower, and a toilet (from this room there is also an exit toward the pool area). Additionally, there is a laundry with a washing machine a dryer, and a separate toilet. The internal staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the 1st floor.
* THE FIRST FLOOR offers five master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm (two of them can separate into two singles 90 x 200cm), each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and each with glass walls and breathtaking sea views. Four bedrooms have a direct approach to the covered balcony with comfortable and stylish furniture.
* THE SECOND FLOOR - PENTHOUSE is approached from the parking level and offers three master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and each with glass walls and breathtaking sea views, and two of them with exit to a 40 sqm terrace with lounge corner and 2 deck chairs. Also a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table with glass doors toward the mentioned 40sqm terrace with sea views. There is a separate toilet and laundry corner with a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a parking lot secured for 5 cars and a private, fast EV charger if you have an electric car. From the parking lot (which is on the 2nd-floor level) you are taking the internal staircase down toward the interior that is offered exclusively for you.
There is an opportunity of hiring additional services with our help like grocery delivery, hiring a chef (agreed at booking), private daily boat tours, rafting, zip-line, renting bikes, and other activities in Omiš or at Cetina river to make your stay at Seaview Villa FLORA more interesting. Located less than 550m to get to sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, Omiš town center, less than 5 min drive to Cetina river with many attractions and activities .... or you can just enjoy the amazing views this area offers in a quiet and friendly surrounding. Only 25km away, you can visit the wonderful Mediterranean pearl, and the famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of Thrones serial. Also, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
