Villa Mirna is located in the quiet part of the village of Lokva Rogoznica. It offers open views of the beautiful sea and the island. You can enjoy this view from every corner of the house. The villa is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped. It offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Villa Mirna features a heated 26 m² pool with an attached whirlpool (same temperature as the pool water) and a sun terrace with 8 loungers, a rooftop whirlpool, and a traditional wine bar.
The villa has two floors:
Ground floor - Fully equipped kitchen. Dining and living area connected to the pool area. Bedroom 1 with a double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Two family bathrooms with showers and a toilet with a washing machine.
1st floor - Bedroom 3 with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Bathroom with shower (private in bedroom 3). Outdoor terrace with sea views. Bedroom 4 has two single beds that can be joined as a double bed, a TV, and a games console (PS4). A family bathroom can be used by bedroom 4. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. A bathroom with a shower (private in bedroom 5) and a terrace with sea views.
The 2nd floor has a fitness room with an Orbitrek and a treadmill. The rooftop terrace has a hot tub and garden furniture with stunning sea views. Behind the house is a traditional wine bar serving local drinks.
The entire property is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have a smart TV. The villa is located 50 meters above sea level and 160 meters from the most beautiful pebble beach and several good restaurants. Since the villa is located on a hill, you have absolutely open sea views.
