* The outdoor offers a private and heated pool, 10m long x 4m wide, with an integrated hydro-massage system and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.) The sun deck area with 14 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a Covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor dining area for 14 people, and a summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, surrounded by trees you have enough sun and shade, so find yourselves a perfect spot and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the beauty of the sea just a step away. There is an outdoor Tennis table too, and on the rooftop terrace is a nice lounge area offering amazing sea views (elevator access).
* The ground floor offers a fully equipped and very modern kitchen (filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, and other amenities), a stylish dining area for 14 people, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, you can enjoy the sea views or the calming views on the pool area where you have direct access from the living room. Villa Erce is located on the beach in Duće near the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and its Cetina river (2,5 km away) that offers many sandy and pebble beaches. The villa itself is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach Duće, 150m from the restaurant, coffee bar, and 300m from a mini market and a bakery. Due to Villa`s location and Duće and Omiš interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature, walking paths, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to the islands Brač, Hvar, or Vis, very unspoiled islands, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea, which is very inviting. The famous town of Split is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets. hiking and cycling trails, or sightseeing in cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach, and experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, and diving, you can even try riding horses only 18 km away with the Enquino club (Podstrana) …and many more... Due to the vicinity of the town Split, all traffic communications are near (around an hour drive): the airport (35 km), seaport (25 km), bus station for international traffic (25 km), railway station (25 km), and the motorway (35 km), golf and tennis courts only 18km far from the villa.
