Nestled in a peaceful and natural setting in Stanići, just 4 km from Omiš and 30 km from Split, Villa Pocrnja is a 5-star luxury property that perfectly combines privacy, comfort, and breathtaking scenery, ideal for family holidays. Positioned on the upper side of the village, the villa enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands, creating a truly relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere.
A lovely pebble beach with various water activities is only 400 meters away and can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while the center of Stanići, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is just 200 meters from the property. Everything is conveniently within walking distance, although having a car is recommended for exploring the wider area.
Villa Pocrnja is thoughtfully designed and furnished with high-quality materials, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay for up to 12 guests. The ground floor at pool level is designed as a relaxation and wellness zone, where guests can enjoy a fully equipped gym featuring an exercise bike, a multifunctional training machine, and a rowing machine, along with a large TV and PlayStation 5 for additional entertainment. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower and a traditional Finnish sauna. Just outside, behind elegant glass walls on the covered terrace, there is a Jacuzzi for five persons, perfectly positioned to create a private spa-like experience.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the villa, featuring a 32sqm heated, infinity swimming pool with a modern salt electrolysis system that ensures chlorine-free water. (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.) Surrounded by a spacious sundeck with 12 comfortable sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower, this space is ideal for enjoying long sunny days. A fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining area allows for relaxed outdoor meals with family and friends.
The first floor offers a bright and open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large glass walls facing south allow natural light to flood the space and provide uninterrupted sea views throughout the day. There is a spacious covered terrace with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. This level also includes two en-suite bedrooms: Bedroom No.1 with queen size bed 160x200cm, AC, TV, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Bedroom No.2 with queen size bed 160x200cm, AC, TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, guests will find four elegant en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Two of these rooms have access to private terraces with lounge furniture, offering spectacular views of the sea and surrounding landscape. All of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, 160x200cm, AC, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the lower ground floor, within the spacious garage, there is a dedicated entertainment area featuring a pool table, table tennis, and a football table, providing additional fun for guests of all ages. The garage also offers secure parking for up to six vehicles. The main entrance to the house and the garage entrance are covered by video surveillance for security purposes.
Please note that the third floor of the property is not in use and is not accessible to guests.
