- From the main parking area, the main entrance leads into the villa, where on the top level, you find the master bedroom, No.1, with a terrace that features a hot tub (whirlpool), two deck chairs, a lounge corner, and spectacular sea views. The master bedroom itself is 30 sqm and includes a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), a TV, air conditioning, and a glass sliding door opening onto the jacuzzi terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The terrace can be shaded for privacy and comfort.
- One level below the parking area are four additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. Bedroom No.2 is 21 sqm, with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, and a terrace overlooking the sea. Bedroom No.3 is 19 sqm, with two single beds (90cm x 200cm) that can be connected into a king-size, a TV, A/C, and a sea-view terrace. Bedroom No.4 measures 20 sqm, with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, and en-suite shower, along with sea views. Bedroom No.5 is 24 sqm, with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, en-suite shower, and sea views.

The pool is located on the third level, just below the living and kitchen spaces, and is surrounded by a sun deck with eight deck chairs and palm trees, complemented by an outdoor shower. The outdoor dining area, covered for shade, features a gas barbecue and seats ten people, all with spectacular sea views.
For added security, the villa has video monitoring at the entrance and parking for up to six cars—two in the garage and four outside. While having a car is highly recommended for easy access, local amenities such as a mini-market, restaurant, beach, and bar are just 1 km away along the road.
