Villa LAPIS accommodates 8+2 people and is very well organized on three floors, offering several balconies and terraces with amazing, panoramic sea views. The villa is impeccably equipped in a modern and luxurious style containing simply everything needed for a fulfilled family holiday; it is fully air-conditioned and with free WiFi, offering exclusively for you a heated private Pool, a Gym, a Spa area with a Finnish sauna and a hydromassage bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and living area with sea views, comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms, outdoor dining area, a grill, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
Villa Lapis is located in Middle Dalmatia in a popular summer destination Duće - Omiš with the most beautiful sandy beaches only 120m from the property. It is perfectly nestled in the vicinity of a small, Mediterranean town Omiš with many activity options and attractions (1.5km), and the famous town Split with many history attractions (20km), so it is ideally positioned for exploring and sightseeing, enjoying activities like rafting/ canoeing/ zip-line or similar on river Cetina, or you can enjoy the boat tours to island Brač/Hvar.
With lovely sea views from pretty much all bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. There is also a beautiful walking path along the sandy beach.
Here is a detailed floor organization:
*The Outdoor is positioned on the first-floor level and it offers a 26m2 heated private pool with Salt electrolysis water treatment without Chlorine, with a counter-current swimming program, a sundeck area with 8 lounge chairs, and a covered lounge seating area, all of which are overlooking the sea and the island Brač. The pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy, and you can approach here from the living room and from the kitchen. (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.)
*The ground floor is organized as follows:
The main entrance places you next to two bedrooms and a spa with a sauna and a well-equipped gym.
Bedroom No1 (22sqm-W) with king-size bed 180*200, en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, and access to a terrace with a cozy lounge with a sea view (together with Bedroom No2). The terrace is partially covered and has a natural shade from carefully selected Mediterranean plants around the lounge, the ideal place for chilling during the hot summer.
Bedroom No2 (28sqm-S) with king size bed 180*200, en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, and access to a terrace with a cozy lounge with a sea view (together with Bedroom No1)
* The spa zone in the villa offers a luxurious haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. It is thoughtfully equipped with a traditional Finnish sauna, perfect for detoxifying and unwinding. Two comfortable and modern chairs invite you to enjoy a moment of tranquility. A walk-in shower provides a refreshing rinse, while the hydro massage bathtub offers soothing jets of water to melt away stress and muscle tension. Connected seamlessly to the spa area is a well-appointed, air-conditioned gym, featuring a treadmill, rowing machine, free weights, and a Pilates ball—ideal for maintaining your fitness routine. For added convenience, a stylish sofa that easily converts into a cozy bed (140cm x 200cm) provides extra sleeping space, making this retreat both versatile and inviting.
* The FIRST floor (Pool level) is accessible by an indoor staircase and it offers:
A spacious living room with two comfortable and stylish sofas (which can be used as extra beds), a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4, A/C, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors toward the pool. A fully equipped kitchen (a capsule coffee maker, a wine cooler, a microwave oven, a Kettle..and more), with a kitchen island, a dining area with a direct exit to the pool/lounge area, and amazing sea views. The living and dining glass doors toward the pool let in so much daylight, creating a comfortable indoor climate for you and your family. There is a separate toilet on the first-floor level too.
* The SECOND floor offers two more bedrooms:
A Bedroom No.3 (29sqm-SW) with king size bed 180*200, en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, with breathtaking sea views.
Bedroom No4 (34sqm-SE) with king-size bed 180*200, en-suite bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, with breathtaking sea views.
Next to the bedrooms is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
There is a secured parking lot for 4 cars.
Villa Lapis is a perfect choice for a well-deserved family vacation, furnished with high-quality furniture with nicely selected shades of blue, and the location in Omiš gives the possibility of a perfect combination of an active and relaxing vacation.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 25 years of age at the time of booking, in order to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking. The house rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
