Beautiful villa and lovely owner Location is away from omis (25 mins car) so a car is essential. Amazing views with the drive down to omis Small supermarket 5 mins drive but the larger supermarket are based in ormis

From making our booking to enjoying our actual holiday, I cannot compliment the host enough or relay how beautiful the villa is. Both were amazing. It was simple to book the villa and communication was excellent by the owners. We communicated using Whatsapp. The villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in with everything you would need and enough of all equipment to easily accommodate the 8 people that can stay at any time. There were 7 of us (all adults of a family), we all loved the villa. The outdoor space is well thought out with a trampoline and table tennis on one level and the hot tub and pool on the ground floor level. The pool had a constant wave feature which was brilliant for those of us that wanted to swim for exercise. The pool was heated to a good temperature for the weather and the hot tub was perfect to be able to enjoy it every evening after exploring. There were 8 sunbeds by the pool and a sofa and 2 chairs as well as a large outdoor dining table in an outside covered area, suitable for all weather. The electric gates opened to a large parking area with good turning room and a gas BBQ. We hired 2 smaller cars for flexibility. The upstairs bedrooms all opened onto a large balcony with more sunbeds so you could escape the fun downstairs if you just wanted some quiet time. All the bedrooms had beautiful ensuites, everything was so tasteful and high end. The drinks fridge was a great addition to the large fridge freezer. A large indoor dining table and sofas made a lovely open plan area on cooler evenings. Huge Tv’s and good internet allowed us to share and stream our photos in the evening. We were outside most of the time. Having both a drier and washing machine allowed us to travel light. There were pool, beach and bath towels provided in different colours, so you knew which is for each activity. The owner of the villa kept in touch. Whenever we had a question, she was always quick to respond. On our first eve she popped in to welcome us and arrived with a fantastic platter of cheese, cured meats and some delicious bread all made fresh in their local restaurant. Such a lovely welcome! The pool was checked during our stay but always at a time convenient to us. I would book this villa again and recommend it to anyone that wants an incredible holiday. It was so nice I could have stayed in it all week and not explored Omis, Split and Zadar. The villa is set in a fantastic location with mountain views, but you must leave it and explore. We did White water rafting, some hiking as well as hiring a boat to explore the islands. The Split walking tours are also very good. We had a lovely stay at Villa Eden, the villa is finished to a high standard and is luxurious. The surroundings are beautiful. The owners are v attentive and responded immediately to any requests. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Eden!

Together with friends we were looking for a beautiful luxury villa with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, several bathrooms and preferably also a table tennis table. So that after a period of hard work we can relax and enjoy ourselves in one place. Villa Eden has it all. And even more than we actually asked for. We were welcomed and surprised by the owners Tea and Filip and their lovely children. During the holidays I was able to ask all my questions to Tea via whatsapp. She is really a very sweet and service-oriented woman who is ready to help you any time of the day. She even made reservations for us for a boat trip, for example, or she could tell us where we could do a COVID rapid test before the return trip. They also brought a cake for our friend's birthday. We really enjoyed this beautiful villa very much. Nicely decorated, very clean, and has everything you need. Villa Eden is in a nice location between the mountains and about 15 minutes from the beach (by car). In short, this residence is highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful luxury stay in the mountains, close to the sea and beautiful villages and cities.

Wir sind sehr freundlich (mit lokalen Spezialitäten) empfangen worden. Tea und Filip waren immer ansprechbar und haben unsere Fragen in Richtung Aktiväten in der Umgebung sehr schnell beantwortet. Alles war sehr sauber und wirklich super ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Familie aus der Gastronomie kommt. Die Küche war umfassend ausgerüstet. Wir kommen gerne wieder (2 Familien mit 4 jugendlichen Kindern)

The Villa was absolutly a dream!!! It is really clean, modern and looks exactly like on the photos. A special thanks goes to Tea and her husband, the owner of the villa. Tea was a great host, very friendly, helpful and open-minded. Only a few things can be improved: - the automatic pool waterfall and geyser does not make sense as it often goes on when you are not in the water - the Internet only works in the ground floor And as it is mentioned in the description you really NEED a car because the village itself is very small and does not offer a lot. All in all we had an awesome stay and I can absolutly recommend the Villa Eden!

A true "royal" stay at this amazing place called Eden. A real paradise and the world's best host. Upon arrival the host couple was amazing. We were the first guests and we have been treated like royalty. The owners have helped us find local stores, places and restaurants. The owners wife made us reservations and we communicated in a group chat on WhatsApp. At any time of the day they were available to us. The also own and run two amazing restaurants down at the river in Omis. We loved eating there. As their guests, we always had a table in prime location. And special prepared food. One time the owner made us a special meal that took almost 3 hours to prepare. It was a slow roasted (over open coal) octopus with potatoes. Amazing. The house itself has everything you can ask for. The kids were surprised about the PS4 and the awesome games. The house was stacked with any household item you can wish for. There was even some Croatian food in the pantry, some milk and waters in the refrigerator. The owner checked every third day on the water quality of the salt water pool and the hot tub. It was a true 5 star experience.
