All Risk - Travel Cancellation Insurance
Coverage under Allianz Package:
If you have chosen the Allianz Insurance Package, you may be eligible to recover 90% of the cancellation fees retained by Allianz, provided the cancellation is due to one of the following "Insured Events":
- Serious Illness or Accident: Sudden illness, injury, or death of the Insured, a family member, or a travel companion.
- Property Damage: Significant damage to your primary residence (fire, flood, or natural disaster) requiring your presence.
- Employment Changes: Involuntary loss of employment or starting a new job (subject to policy timing).
- Military/Public Service: Unexpected call-up for military or civil service.
What is Not Covered:
Please note that the Insurance Package typically excludes, and you are not eligible for a refund:
- Cancellations due to "change of mind" or simply not wanting to travel.
- Pre-existing medical conditions that were not stabilized at the time of booking.
- Travel bans or government-ordered lockdowns (unless specifically added)
