In the vicinity, there are only 12-weekend cottages and the location itself is isolated from any noise and still close enough to all the necessary facilities. The view of the canyon of river Cetina and the popular tourist destination Radman's Mills is breathtaking. The house is situated 6 km from the town of Omis and the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast. Omis is a charming little town on the Adriatic Coast with approximately 25 000 inhabitants and the facilities that will enrich your vacation. The city of Split is only 19 km to the West and it is a very popular destination by thousands of tourists from all over the world because of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city of Split is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Only 35 km from the house there is an airport and a few kilometers further away there is an amazing historical city of Trogir.
You will find any type of beach you like at the Omis Riviera - from a kilometer-long sandy beach in the town’s center to a line of gorgeous beaches with fine pebbles. What most of them have in common is a deep and natural shade. The city center is vibrant and full of life. Those looking for a more active holiday will not have to look far in Omiš - in the area of just a few kilometers you will find rafting, free climbing, paragliding, diving, sailing, and beach volleyball...all you adrenaline junkies have to do is take your pick.
This is a quiet location for a vacation so we cannot accept reservations from groups of very young people who expect loud parties at night.
Wood dominates the interior of the house which gives a special atmosphere. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet, three terraces, a barbecue, and a large garden with Jacuzzi.

The pool is large 27 m2 and 1.5 meters deep and it is heated.
The house is insulated and in the summer it reaches a comfortable temperature and there are also two air conditioners.
The nearest mini-market is in the distance of 2.3 km and the supermarket is in the distance of 6.2 km.
In the neighborhood, there are only 12-weekend cottages. Most of the owners are physicians and teachers who live in Split and spend only their weekends in the cottages. The owner of one of the neighboring houses is a married couple from Manchester. They fell in love with this unique place and decided to spend their free time there.
