Villa Zoro

We had the best stay at Villa Zoro! We rented a car from Split Airport and enjoyed a smooth, scenic 45-minute drive to the villa. From the very start, Nikolina was incredibly friendly, flexible and accommodating with our check-in times, which made everything so easy. The villa itself was absolutely perfect — spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We instantly felt settled and at home the moment we arrived. The pool was beautifully maintained and a great size. The views from the villa are incredible and it’s in a great location — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Nikolina went above and beyond throughout our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great suggestions. Her hospitality really made our trip special. Highly recommend Villa Zoro to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Croatia.

We loved our stay here. The house is wonderful with views across the mountains to the sea. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We didn’t think we would use the hot tub as the weather was warm but when returning home from canyoning and rafting we loved it! Our host Nicolina was so friendly and helpful and recommended things to do and restaurants in the area. She was really responsive to our questions and flexible on our arrival timings. The area is a fantastic place to come. The town of Omiš is beautiful and the Cetina river canyon is amazingly beautiful and offers a wide range of activities. There a lots of nearby beaches and Split is only a 30 minute drive away. If you are considering Omiš for your holiday would say do it and stay here!

We had an amazing week here as a family with three teenagers! The villa is great - exactly as described and the photos show. The kitchen is better equipped than our one at home! The beds are really comfortable (each is actually two single mattresses in a super-king frame so our kids felt like they had their own beds). The pool is a good size and gets lots of sun. The jacuzzi was brilliant and a fun way to hang out and chat. The outdoor lighting at night is great (including pool) and we loved lazy evenings outside and made good use of the BBQ. We enjoyed morning coffees on the balcony watching the boats in the sea too. Nikolina was an incredible host - super-friendly, very quick to reply and very helpful. She gave us lots of great local tips. Omis is just 15 minutes drive down the hill and a great place to go in the evening. Plaža Brzet was a great beach to go to. We had a day exploring Brač island (via ferry). Split is just 40 minutes away. Would totally recommend Villa Zoro!

We spent one week in Villa Zoro, July 2025, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 10-16. We loved this place! The villa was fully equipped, well cleaned and felt like home. The outdoor area was the best with the pool, jacuzzi and several places to sit and relax. Very private. During the week we visited Brela, took a day trip to Brac with Boat Paula 🤩 (see hosts guide book) and went to Split one evening. We also visited a local restaurant Konoba Palacio, 5 mins from the villa. Really worth a visit!! The Omis stone beaches, 10 mins from the house are lovely! Our host Nikolina was so nice and welcoming. She gave us recommendations of day trips and supported us instantly when we had questions. Many thanks Nikolina and hope we meet again! 🥰 Croatia and Omis is a lovely place to visit!

Great location, a well-equipped property, well-presented and a comfortable place to call home for a week. Although close to Omis, the property is located quite high in the hillside which gives impressive views and a helpful slightly cooling breeze. We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider returning. There seemed to be several building projects being progressed in the vicinity at the time we visited. Although these did not cause any significant issues, there was some minor disturbance from builders delivery lorries and vans continually passing. This should perhaps have been mentioned by the agency.

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Erholungsfaktor. Liebevolle Einrichtung, praktisch und luxuriös zugleich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen - Auto ist ein Muß auch für kleine Wege.

We had the best stay here with our 3 year old and 6 month old baby. The villa is great, has everything you need for young children. The heated pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed by all and were a lovely temperature to enjoy even in May. It’s very quiet and private so the kids could sleep/nap undisturbed and it was very clean. We explored Omis old town, climbed Mirabella Fort, went to Split for the day and visited Brzet Beach and Brela beach - beautiful! We’ve stayed in some fab air bnbs but this has been our favourite one to date! Thank you!

Wir wurden von Nikolina sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank hatten wir sogar eine Kleinigkeit zur Begrüßung. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Berg mit einem schönen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer.Das ganze Haus sowie der Pool und Jacuzzi waren mega. Die Ausstattung war top. Mit einem Leihwagen liegt man sehr zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden da immer wieder Urlaub machen. Angela, Frank, Manuela,Gisy

Perfect holiday home to discover Dalmatia! The house is equipped with every luxury. A well equipped kitchen, a heated pool en jacuzzie. We had a very good, relaxed holiday in this house. Nikolina is a very friendly hostess!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location. All as listed plus a new hot tub - great addition and given the time of year we visited in April it was put to use more then the heated pool which was also great. All our requests for assistance and/or advice we dealt with very promptly by our host Nikolina who truly went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, offering advice, finding out information for us, making recommendations for places to eat etc, even sorting out a last minute pizza take away delivery. Perfect base for exploring the area, a car is obviously a must, there’s a lot to do and see. Definitely recommend and would return if we get a chance.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in der Villa Zoro. Haus, Pool und Aussicht sind wunderschön! Die Gastgeberin, Nikolina, war super freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nikolina our host went above and beyond for us and to make my friends 40th Birthday definitely one to remember. She was so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The villa was immaculate. Had everything you need, and for someone who loves to cook, there was nothing the kitchen didn’t have! Heated pool, outside pool shower, 3 terraces and the bbq was fantastic as you could follow the sun throughout the day until dusk and covered area for night time BBQs. The area is remote so I would definitely recommend hired car (15min taxi to Omiš approx €25/30) or 1+hr walk. Great for restaurants, supermarket, few bars, veg market and gorgeous beach. The villa is situation in the quiet mountains with stunning views of the water. Would be ideal for families, relaxing get always or even as a small group party/celebrations like ourselves. Nikolina has several villas available and will definitely be going back and visiting the others. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We, a Family from Germany with 2 teenage boys (16 and 13) had a wonderful 2 week vacation in beautiful Villa Zoro. Our host Nikolina welcomed us very friendly and explained us the house very nicely and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. She even left us fresh bread, prociutto, cheese, wine and some biscuits there, so we didn‘t have to go grocery Shopping on our first night there. The House is very well furnished with good beds and all the kitchen-amenities you can imagine. The pool from which you can see the ocean was great and we used it a lot ! We very much enjoyed the roofed outside sitting area with the big table. For dinner, we can recommend the „Konoba Palacio“ in Naklice and the Restaurant „Bracera“ outside Omiš. The best beaches were „Zvizdan Beach“, „Mala Luka“ and „Plaza Podrače“. Don‘t miss the Rafting Tour on the Cetina River as well as a Zipline adventure. We will be back 😊

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Berg mit einem schönen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, der Pool und die Badelandschaft sind sehr gut. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, mit 6 Personen dürfte es allerdings etwas eng werden, da es nur ein relativ kleines Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Toilette gibt. Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Personen bewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sonne, der Pool, die Landschaft und das Haus ist perfekt. Es war wie ein zu Hause, sogar im Kühlschrank war eine Kleinigkeit zur Begrüßung. Wir kommen wieder, versprochen 🥰
