Villa Lipa consists of:
LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers a Bedroom No1 with two single beds which can be connected to the double, family bathroom, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a playroom with a sofa bed which can be used for sleeping arrangements for two-person.
The playroom is equipped with a game console PS4 and projector so this room has a double purpose. From both rooms, you can exit to the fenced children's area with a swing and slide. Next to the bedrooms is a sauna.
GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living area with fireplace, toilet, and a direct exit to the pool area with a private, infinity heated pool, six lounge chairs, a summer kitchen with grill, and an outdoor dining area.
The FIRST FLOOR includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite luxury bathroom and with air conditioning. Master Bedroom No2 has a huge bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks, bidet and toilet, an exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture, and a magnificent sea view.
Bedroom No3 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and sea views. Bedroom No4 is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony.
There are 4 parking places secured on private property.
