Villa Lipa consists of:
LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers a Bedroom No1 with two single beds which can be connected to the double, a family bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a playroom with a sofa bed which can be used for sleeping arrangements for two people.
The playroom is equipped with a game console PS4, and a projector, so this room has a double purpose. Next to the bedrooms is a sauna.
GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a living area with fireplace, a toilet, and a direct exit to the pool area with a private, infinity heated pool, six lounge chairs, a summer kitchen with grill, and an outdoor dining area. (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.)
The FIRST FLOOR includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite luxury bathroom and with air conditioning. Master Bedroom No2 has a huge bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks, a bidet, and a toilet, an exit to the balcony with outdoor furniture, and a magnificent sea view.
Bedroom No. 3 has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and sea views. Bedroom No. 4 is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony.
There are 4 parking places secured on private property.
