Villa Lipa

We had a lovely time at Villa Lipa! The house and the view were just stunning. The property was very clean and well stocked! Amazing laundry room too on bottom floor. When we were driving up to the property we found that the road leading to the house was quite narrow with a few tricky curves. We had changed our rental car reservation at the last minute to a small SUV (originally we had reserved a Mercedes Van) and were really glad we did because it would have been difficult to navigate. There are two ends of the road that leads to the villa, east and west. If you have a larger vehicle like a large SUV or a van you may want to enter on the east end, as it is less curvy on that side of the road. But overall, our stay was a memorable one and staying at the property was well worth the slight inconvenience of the drive after having navigated it the first time.

We have spent two weeks at Villa Lipa with the whole family and it has been fantastic! The house is beautiful, the views are spectacular and Mia has been looking after us at all times. Totally recommended!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We had a fantastic time at Villa Lipa. Located up the hill, it is a quiet place with an extraordinary view. The Villa is well equipped and has spacious rooms and living areas. It was more than big enough for our group of 8 (two separate families of 4). The pool, while not overly big, was big enough nonetheless and served the same exquisite view. One of the best things about the Villa is the outside seating area which has cover against the sun for a big part, meaning you can always eat and sit in the shade when needed. Given the heat in Croatia can be overwhelming, this was very welcome. Tip: starting from Villa Lipa, an adventurous walk further up the hill will take you to the top where you will enjoy an even grander view - and for runners who like some trail there is a great loop over the hill, then towards Omis, and back to the Villa - all without having to deal with lots of traffic.

Amazing place! Gorgeous for a Group. We had an amazing stay in the villa. The check in was super easy. It was hard to leave the villa because of the amazing view, the great living room w. connected kitchen and the heated pool with barbecue station outside. Highly recommended! Thanks

We‘ve visited Croatia with 7 friends this Summer and had a very good Time! The villa is quite a bit up the hill, but you are rewarded with a beautiful view and a nice and quiet place. The Villa is very modern and dressed in a nice style! Kitchen had everything you Need as well :) The pool is not the biggest but still enough for a nice chill on your matress - would definitely recommend this Place!

5 nights of pure luxury! This 4 bedroom villa is simply beautiful! Situated in a little village on the hill side. The winding road leads up to a little white church with picturesque views overlooking the sea. This property is the second villa past the church and further up the hill is a tradition restaurant. Outside the luxury accommodation there is an outdoor heated infinity pool with sun beds. A family eating space with a large table to accommodate ten people and a barbecue area. The balcony extends around the villa and provides panoramic views with steps leading down to 2 swings. The interior is very modern with a simple style that is light and airy. There are Bosch appliances in this well equipped kitchen, which is open plan into the living area where there is a comfortable settee, dining table and chairs. Electric shutters give this villa a good sense of security. Wonderful views of the sunset! What more could you want! I would return in a heartbeat! Definitely 5 stars plus from me!
