Luxury Villa Bane

Where do I start? What an amazing holiday we all had! Villa Bane is such a stunning villa - so modern with all it's beautiful finishings and everything has been thought of to make guests feel at home as it is so well equipped! The finishing touches around the villa have also been well thought through. The villa owner, Sanja was just so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her! We arrived late at night and she still came to meet us and show us around the villa. Sanja also left us a lovely welcome pack. The pictures of the villa actually don't do it enough justice as it is even better when you get there! We will definitely be back to stay in the beautiful Villa Bane and would 100% recommend it to everyone. Croatia is just so picture perfect and the people are so friendly too.

Great house, great host, great weather...We'll definitely be back next year.

I have stayed in many villas but Villa Bane is by far the most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in, in the best location with the most wonderful host. Petra at Feriehome was fantastic in the run up answering my many questions. When we arrived at the stunning villa Sanija had laid out a lunch for us all and over our stay regularly dropped traditional home made food in which was such a treat. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach and two restaurants - Shooko bar as well as Local Kitchen and Bar. Food in both was great and very reasonable. The walk to Omis was beautiful and it was easy to get the bus or Uber to Split. The villa had everything you could want in it and if not Sanija was on hand to help. Thank you for a great holiday!

Villa Bane was everything we could have wished for! We stayed for 1 week at the end of August 2023 with our wider family (9 of us). It's perfectly located near to fantastic beaches and Omis (if you can drag yourself away from the pool and stunning views - you can see Brac island across the way and beautiful crystal blue waters, the moon on the sea at night was also heaven). The dining area, lounge and beautiful bedrooms (all en suite) are simply perfect and spacious. Everything felt a breeze. Playing pool or ping pong was fun in the evenings if we found the time. Sanja the owner was so kind and welcoming and cooked some food for our arrival. She also made us a traditional meal for my partners birthday one evening, which we booked with her during our stay. Simply delicious! I wish we were still there. Very sad to leave this stunning place. Petra at Feriehome was so helpful every step of the way with our booking. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

To sun our stay up in one word it would be WOW!!!! We arrived late at night as a family of 8 and Sanja was there to greet us. She had prepared us food and beers in the fridge which after a long journey was such a special touch and much appreciated. The Villa itself.. Again we can't fault it. Absolutely beautiful inside and had everything you need. The views from every room are to die for and the location count be better. Just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and bars. Sanja was the best host we could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was always there if we needed advice on anything or to help recommend trips which we did and was a fantastic day (private boat trip to Hvar) it was one of our birthdays during our stay and Sanja surprised us with hone made cakes which were to die for and a bottle of champagne. Such a lovely gesture. If you are looking fir somewhere to stay in Duce thst I can't recommend Villa Bane enough. So much so we will be returning. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Sanja.

Excellent accommodation, well equipped for a multi-generation group. Close access to a nice little beach and a couple of bar/restaurants. We were welcomed by our host with a cold meal and beers in the fridge which was much appreciated after our travels.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bane. The location was excellent, the villa was gorgeous, comfortable and well appointed and the owner Sanja was beyond responsive and delightful. It was a true highlight of our trip to beautiful Croatia! We hope to return someday!

We travelled on the 20th of August 2022 for 7 nights as an extended family of 12 (10 adults, 2 children) and I can't recommend Villa Bane enough. The Villa certainly lives up to the photos on the website, It was very clean and had all the essentials a family would need at hand. Special praise must be mentioned for the owner Sanja who went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. She helped arrange 2 trips for us a boat trip and a White water rafting experience. Both are well worth doing but I would definitely recommend going on the boat trip to Brac with "Mate" He has his own boat that was ideal for our family size. We chose to go on the afternoon / evening trip and its definitely the one to go for, as the Sunset's out to sea are amazing.

Wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben we gehad in dit prachtige huis. Het ontbreekt je werkelijk aan niks in dit heerlijke huis. De foto`s kloppen helemaal. Alle ruimte, fijn zwembad, ruime kamers met allemaal een eigen badkamer en brandschoon. Sanja en haar zoon waren heel behulpzaam en hebben voor ons op maandag gekookt wat heerlijk was en ze hebben ook een boot en taxi geregeld. Ze waren ontzettend gastvrij. Verder vlakbij het gezellige zandstrand en restaurants. Heel erg bedankt voor een geweldige week!

We have spent fantastic days in villa Bane. On arrival there was a table set with bread, cheese and sausage. What a welcome! The house was also great, what a space and comfort. What an amazing stay out group of 3 families had at Villa Bane, from the communication with the owners prior to our arrival to the day we checked out nothing was too much trouble . The villa itself is stunning and everything has been thought about , we wanted for nothing , the location is fantastic and the owners helped us arranging meals for a large group, getting our shopping and arranging car hire. The outside pool area was perfect. There was nothing we could fault and would not hesitate to visit villa bane in the future.

We cannot emphasise enough how beautiful villa bane is the views are breathtaking and every room is you walk in is amazing😍 The owners of the villa were second to none,so attentive nothing was a problem,from the moment we arrived we was welcomed and was left a beautiful food platter which was so delicious and was a very kind gesture,even before we left they was over with a handmade cake which was amazing. Another thing that they went above and before we stayed out of season and was unable to get any taxis,the owners son was dropping us back and forth to the shops which really helped,and was we was so great full The surrounding areas are absolutely stunning and we are already looking again at booking next year. After the first week of vacation spent on yachts, we planned a second week in a place where we find peace and comfort. The home is about 200 m from the sea (about 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach with lovely places to eat and drink). But the most important are the Owners and their villa. Nice, always ready to help, pointing out where to buy fish in the market to cook it later in the villa's grill. When you arrive, you are welcomed pleasantly with a local surprise :) Besides, they made a surprise for me by leaving a birthday cake and prosecco in the fridge on my birthday! An ideal place for those who do not necessarily want to spend time on the beach. You then use the swimming pool and the convenience of an air-conditioned villa. I strongly recommend this place. Guys - thank you once again!

It is a beautiful house, a very pleasant pool, great outdoors area with a nice view…but you can get that many places. However, our property owner Sanja and her family is someone you never will experience unless you choose to stay here at Villa Bane. In all the years, we have been traveling around the world; we have never met anyone that is so committed to making sure that we, the guests, are enjoying our holiday as much as possible. Sanja was just amazing. From the minute we stepped into this beautiful house until we sadly had to check out again, she managed every need, every request we might have, with a smile and efficiency. There was even a welcome-surprise… Did I say the house was beautiful! Absolutely. Beautiful bedrooms, most of them with a perfect view from their balcony. A living room with a huge sofa for cool (perfect air-condition) relaxing from the sun, if that was desired. Kitchen with all you need to be a holiday-chef. Large dining tables both inside and outside. Pool table, exercise machines, massage chair!.. However, the outside area was the place we spent all our time. A great pool, with massage pool. The most perfect view to the sea. Sundeck with sunbeds, a sitting area with a big parasol and a dining table. The perfect place to spend your afternoon…And we did! Also, need to mention that this house is in a short walk from everything you might need. The beach, the beach-club, good restaurants, boat-hire and so one. It is all in a short walking distance from Villa Bane. Will also express thanks to Mirjana and Petra in FerieHome who was very helpful with our booking in these challenging times. So, thank you Sanja, for making our holiday perfect.

Very good condition of the building - and well cleaned. Nice seaview from the upperfloors. Professional and friendly landlord, who goes the extra-mile. Nice extras like billard table and playroom for the kids. Internet worked well for home schooling. Heating (electro fans and electric floor heating) worked well in winter. Beach area is within walkting distance and offers small sand and pepple beaches with beach bars. Car is needed for daily shopping. End of November pool was naturally too cold for swimming, despite the heating.

Mirjana was absolutely brilliant with helping us book Villa Bane in Duce! We had originally booked to stay somewhere else in Omis as Villa Bane wasn’t available on the dates we wanted but our other accomodation cancelled on us 3 days before we were due to go to Omis! Thankfully we contacted Villa Bane to confirm if they have had any cancellations and Mirjana replied instantly to say our dates were available and that we were more than welcome to book. Mirjana delivered such a lovely friendly service by always replying to my emails within minutes and answering any questions we had. She was even able to sort out an alternative payment method when we asked which we really appreciated and helped us to check in earlier because there were no guests staying the day before. Ferie Home website was very easy to use and received regular updates around payments and details of the villa. Would highly recommend Mirjana and Ferie Home for anyones holiday bookinhs. We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Bane. We liked that the property is high quality, comfortable, short walking distance to the beach and has a very nice kids playroom. Most importantly, Sanja and Ante are very nice and helpful owners who do everything to make your stay comfortable. It's a great place overall.

Great holiday home with that certain something! We were 7 persons and all of us felt really comfortable during the 2 weeks we stayed with Sanja and Ante. The house is perfect for families or friends. Rooms are perfectly coordinated and each has its own bathroom. The complete facility with the pool and the many possibilities to simply relax is ingenious. The kitchen is the centre of the house, here you meet to cook, talk, drink and laugh. Of course, you can also get out of the way, it gets lost, because it is big enough! Again many thanks to both of them, every little thing, every wish and many questions, were implemented and answered! Be it a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, or information about parking possibilities in Split and of course lots of tips for the surroundings! This feeling to have arrived and to feel well from the first day on! That's how holidays should be! The Dalmatian evening was also very nice. Sanja and family made all the great things themselves and the wine from the father-in-law, it was all mega delicious. Thanks again to Pave for the great tour to the blue lagoon by speedboat. An unforgettable day, Blue Lagoon, Hvar, Milna and Supetar on Brac, everyone was completely overwhelmed by the impressions afterwards. We'll be back again!
