Villa Bane is a modern villa in the seaside town of Duće, located only 2km from Omiš and 120 m from a beautiful sandy beach. The villa is impeccably equipped in a modern and luxurious style, containing everything needed for modern living.
With great sea views from pretty much all bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. The Bar Shooko is also at your doorstep - set over the sea (120 m far). To your disposal is also the offer to have traditional Dalmatian meals prepared for you. Ask the owner to agree on terms.
Villa Bane is a semi-detached house; both houses are owned by two brothers who are locals. Each villa accommodates 10+2 guests. You needn't worry, privacy is given, as many of our guests commented on in the past.
The villa has a 32m2 heated trapezoidal pool with an attached whirlpool featuring hydromassage and a sitting bench for 4 adults, both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Additional outside space contains a lovely covered dining facility, a beautifully furnished sun deck, and a soft seating area, all of which overlook the sea. Also, there is a built-in BBQ around the corner, possibly supporting the idea of alfresco living.
Villa Bane has two floors, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 6 bathrooms + 1 toilet. It has several balconies and terraces, and a fitness room in the basement. It is fully fenced and has 3-4 closed garage spaces, and the pool area is discreetly fenced from view, so you have your privacy.
Villa Bane is fully furnished with 9 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and all 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue next to the entrance, a TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
-Ground floor:
The main entrance places you into the spacious living and dining area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have 2 A/C, a TV, exit to the terrace. You and your loved ones can sink into the comfortable sofas. The living area is connected with the kitchen and dining area and all are very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
-First floor:
Bedroom No.1 with a double bed 180*200, a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No.2).
Bedroom No.2 has two single beds 90*200, which can be connected as one double; it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No.1).
Spacious playroom with TV, game console, and toys, a great place for children of all ages. A sofa bed for two kids.
-Second floor:
Bedroom No.3 with a double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 4).
Bedroom No.4 has a double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No.3).
Bedroom No.5 with a double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with a bath (en-suite). Possibility of adding a baby cot.
- In the basement, there is a fun room with a pool table and some exercise equipment, and there is also a bathroom with a shower. In the garage is a tennis table.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 25 years of age at the time of booking, in order to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking. The house rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
