Meerblick villa Flora

The Villa is truly perfect! it was exactly as in pictures and fully prepared for our use, the hot tub was filled and heated, warm heated pool, fast heating electric sauna, fully equipped kitchen. Amazing views and perfect location, there's a short cut to town and the grocery store is just 4min walk away, we loved staying-in and cooked a lot! many hiking routes around, 10min walk to a beach, few lovely restaurants around and super lovely people all around! Bernard, the host of the villa, was super helpful from before we even arrived, helped us arrange a boat tour and shared recommendations generously, as well as making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay! we loved this place and hope to one day return back! Thank You Bernard!

We loved to stay in the Villa Flora! The pictures on the website are exactly the same like in reality, we loved the special design of the house. We had everything we need and even more. Bernard, the host, was really kind. He welcomed us personally, explained everything and gave us tips for activities and things to do in town. We can absolutely recommend this house.

In the most perfect world all airbnb would look and feel like this house and all hosts would be like Bernard. And Bernard how can we thank you for all the help before and during our stay. You are the man 👏🏻 our conversation before we arrived and during our stay is as long as the trip back and forth from Iceland to Croatia. We did a lot of fun stuff, rafting, sailing, chef came to the house and cooked us a 5 course amazing dinner. All thanks to Bernard. The house is so beautifully done and situated, the view, interior, pool and patio everything was just more then perfect. And not forgetting to mention the magical town Omis what a beauty, nice restaurants, beaches and a really relaxed vibe, and friendly people everywhere you go. Most of us are thinking of going back there because this was one of our best vacations ever.

Wonderful place for our family of 10, with four small children, four parents and two grandparents. Inside, the house had all facilities for our group, and Bernard arranged for childbeds and -chairs for the two smallest kids. Aircondition made the house cool inside even with outside temperatures in the 30's. Outside, everyone loved the swimming pool and the surrounding area. The adults had wonderful evening meals at the outside dining place, often prepared at the lovely grill area. One night we had a traditional Croatian meal prepared for us by Bernard's chef-friend, Robert.

WE CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BERNARD & HIS BNB! The house is EVEN better than the photos. Starting with our lovely host, Bernard met us upon arrival with plenty of recommendations and information. The house was SPOTLESS, the instructions were clear, the linen closets were STACKED with everything you could possibly need. Omis was an absolute dream, our home was walkable to basically everything and our favorite spot that Bernard recommended us was the pebble beach. We ended up going back a few times and it was amazing. We rented a boat through Bernard and slowly began to realize that our best bet for a good trip is just follow all of Bernards instructions haha, everything he said was AMAZING. A few of the girls also got massages through his guy and said it was one of the best they’ve gotten. All in all, if you’re considering this house you’ll be LUCKY to stay here. We are so appreciative of this home and can’t wait to come back. THANK YOU BERNARD WE LOVE YOU!!!

Bernhard was an amazing host, he exceeded our expectations by a lot. The house was exactly as on the pictures and super clean (we never stayed at such a clean place) I can't recommend this place and host enough! We will come again for sure :)

Great location in a peaceful area ! the view is amazing and the landscape is really beautiful around. The house is overall well furnished, with big bedrooms and jacuzzi inside. We were 6 but the house can easily welcome 10 people. The owner Bernard is really a nice guy, advising well, very helpful and kind. He knows everyone in the city which can be useful sometimes for shopping or other things. We loved a lot the place but also the possibility to do zipline, canyoning , rafting or hiking in the surroundings ! Thanks again for your hospitality and your kindness, Bernard !

Bernard was an excellent host. He responded to all messages promptly and was very helpful with his recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised by how close everything was to the villa. We could easily walk to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and beaches, yet whilst at the villa we enjoyed a peaceful and private location. Thank you once again!

Calling Bernard a “super host “ is just not enough. He exceeded our expectations and so did the property. From the photos we were worried that it might not be as good as the pictures. But we were wrong - the house was even better. Bernard arranged our stay with a private chef, a masseuse, and tours we wouldn’t have known about on our own. Our best family vacation ever. We wish we could give more than five stars!

Bernard’s house was the perfect place for a family holiday. We had three seperate family’s, total of 10 people and it was wonderful. Bernard gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations, he booked rafting and zip line for us, as well as a sailing boat for the day. he responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was spacious, the pool was perfect and there was plenty of room for all of us. We used the outside dining space all the time, especially in the evening. The house is a 5 min walk to the old town, steep steps but so convenient. About 10-15 min walk to lovely pebble beaches. If we have the opportunity to come back we would definitely stay at Bernard’s house again. Thanks so much we had a wonderful week.

Wow! This place is the nicest I have ever stayed. Loved the design of the whole place, everything is finished to a high spec and well thought out. It has everything you need for a beautiful relaxing week in stunning surroundings. The host Bernard was super friendly and helpful. He offered lots of advice on things to do and put us in touch with local taxi drivers, a private chef (who was excellent) and contacts for activities such as rafting and boat trips. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room, the place is huge! Would love to visit again someday.

Bernard has probably the most beautiful accommodation in all of Omis - the interior design is truly outstanding and second to none. We had a magical stay where nothing was missing. Bernard is truly a great host and his accommodation really leaves nothing to be desired. We will definitely visit him again next year - 1000 thanks for this lovely family stay.

We LOVE this property! What an amazing host and such an easy check in. The sauna, the pool, the view! Everything was amazing. Such a great short walk to restaurants too. We will be back!

This house will make every interior design geek's heart beat faster. Designed from tip to toe, this house is an absolute gem and the most incredible place I have ever stayed. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get; a picturesque place, beautifully located overseeing the beautiful town of Omiš. If that's not enough, Bernard was the most helpful host I could have possibly imagined. I would have been lost without him trying to organize my husbands birthday from afar. Whether it was booking a boats trip, hiring a private chef or recommending the best cakes in town, Bernard had a recommendation for everything. Bernard, thank you so much for all your help, you are an incredible host! Safe to stay, we had the most amazing stay and would definitely come back.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! We waren benieuwd of het huis echt zo mooi was als op de plaatjes en dat is écht zo. We werden super hartelijk onthaald door Bernard en de rest van ons verblijf was hij ook goed te bereiken. Hij regelde zelfs een privé chef voor ons die kwam koken in het huis. Dit kunnen we overigens zeer aanraden! Het huis opzich is prachtig en mooi gelegen. We hebben weinig van Omis zelf gezien en dat kwam vooral omdat het huis zo fijn was dat we daar veel zijn gebleven. Wij verbleven er met 5 mensen dus hadden allemaal onze eigen slaap- en badkamer. De 'spa' is ook top en we hebben hier nagenoeg iedere avond in de sauna of jacuzzi gezeten. Kortom: we zouden hier zo nog een keer heen gaan en raden het iedereen aan!

An amazing house, an amazing host, and an amazing town. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need. Bernard is like your own personal concierge with connections and recommendations for activities and restaurants. Everything he recommended was amazing! That personal touch alone would be awesome, but on top of a beautiful and unique house it can’t be beat. Not the mention lovely Omiš. You’re right in the middle of things, easily walkable and it’s the perfect size place to have options without being too big. Love that the town has the ocean, mountains, and a river. Truly a breathtakingly beautiful place.

To say that this is one of the best place we have stayed is an understatement. This vila is fabulous and has all the things you need to feel at home when you are away from home. I will briefly try to describe this property. The house site at a higher part of Amis, with all 5 bedrooms en suite, overlooking the Ocean. All bedrooms are very unique and four of them have access to a beautiful terrace. On the lower level you will find the living room, dining room and an amazing kitchen.. with access to another outdoor terrace with a pool. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a grill and and outdoor space with a large table for late dinners. The villa has absolutely everything, including all kitchen equipment, two fridges, towels, portable lamps.. even an icemaker. It is a dream. The town of Omis is also quite nice, much more enjoyable than other larger cities. There are two beaches walking distance, and a couple of small supermarkets. Bernard was a super host. The moment we arrived he made us feel at home. He also arrange some help for cleaning the house while we were there and connected us with a boat hire in Omis. Overall… it was 10/10. The spa area, the pool and the view were very nice. The furnishings inside and outside leave nothing to be desired. Everything new and very clean. Never slept as well as in these beds. Landlord is also very friendly.

If you are looking for a vila directly in Omis, this is the best place you could possibly go. The place is newly renovated and it looks exactly like the pictures. It’s just 7 minutes away by foot from beaches (both sandy and pebble), you’ll get to the town and supermarkets even faster. Yet you’ll still have privacy as the house is slightly uphill and surrounded by trees. When I arrived with my family, everything was clean and prepared. Bernard went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and was really helpful, commmunicative and great host :-) He’ll tell you all about the city and even plan some activities, if you are interested (we were lazy and just prefered to chill by the pool, which was very spacious even for a family of 9 :-). We had amazing stay and would come again. I would recommend the place for big famillies or a more demanding people, as the house is furnished to a really high standard, besides pool it has sauna, hot-tub, en-suite bedrooms with terrace and lovely sea views as a great bonus.

Wow, what can I say. What an absolutely amazing villa located right next to all the action in Omis! It's newly renovated so everything was new, immaculate and of the highest quality. Bernard has spent a lot of time thinking about the style and flow of the property and you can really understand this when you walk around. Such amazing views from every window! One of favourite parts was sitting on the large bean bags on the huge balcony, with a of tea in hand and watching over the bay...stunning views. All mod cons are provided, the property even comes with a sauna and hot tub which was a lovely bonus.

We were greeted with a warm welcoming arms! Bernard made sure we had fresh fruits , coffee and wine! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need! The villa is brand new ,so beautiful and comfortable it was hard for us to leave and go explore ! Omis is a cute quaint town , but not far from the well known split and walk to local beaches! I would consider this a five star luxury villa! So happy with our decision and would definitely book again and recommend . Ps the villa also had a mini spa

heerlijk huis, enorm ruim zeker voor een gezin met 3 puber meiden;) een mooi uitzicht vanuit het balkon, heerlijke bedden in comfortabele kamers.Je loopt in 5 minuten de drukte van de stad in en er is een rustig prachtig strandje met eet gelegenheid. heerlijke plek een aanrader!

I could not recommend a space more. We’ve stayed in dozens of places all over the world and this is the most considered, stylish, and comfortable of them all. Bernard is very nice and got us into all the best restaurants. Pay special attention to the young architect who did Flora. He matters in his generation. Thank you for our best days of our Croati trip.

When we first saw the add for the villa of Bernard, we almost thought it looked too good to be true… but then we arrived and the villa is actually just as beautiful - even more - than on the pictures! When we arrived we were really impressed. The house is amazing, spacious, fully equipped, beautifully decorated, with a great pool and fantastic view on the sea! The location is perfect, only a five minutes walk from the city center of Omis. Bernard was a perfect host. Even when we made some last minute plans to do some excursions, he arranged it for us! We are a big family of eight and we all loved it and return home with some fantastic memories thanks to Bernard and his beautiful house!
