- A charming ˝tavern˝ style room is also located on this level, traditionally decorated and stocked with premium local wines for your enjoyment.
- The first floor features Bedroom No1 (11sqm) with a double bed, Bedroom No2 (8sqm) with a double bed and single bunk bed (perfect for kids), Bedroom No3 (6sqm) with a single bed. - This new part of the house offers an air-conditioned living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool. There are Bedrooms No. 4 and No. 5, both with double beds, one family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

- There is also an air-conditioned and fully equipped Summer kitchen with a dining table for 10 people with sliding glass doors toward the pool, and there is a separate toilet.
