Wir waren als Freundesgruppe zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sauber, hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand, an dem nicht viel los ist. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie die Bushaltestelle, wo regelmäßig ein Bus zwischen Trogir und Split pendelt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Der Besitzer der Anlage kommt jeden Morgen, um nach dem rechten zu sehen.

Perfection! We LOVED our stay at Villa Fillip. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, near Trogir, Split, the beach. We didnt want to leave and hope to return. Our hostess was gracious and responsive. We wanted for nothing.

Beautiful cottage. Just like in the pictures. Directly on a quiet private beach that can be used. Very friendly landlady . No matter what concern it was immediately helped. We would book it over and over again. It was perfect.

What can I say… 5 minutes drive from the airport, lovely and modern, 30 seconds from a beautiful beach location with stunning views, sauna and exercise area. It’s wonderful. In total there were 10 of us staying, 6 adults with 3 children and a baby. Tonka came back to deliver toys when we realised we were having the worst storms for a 100 years and they were set to remain for the first few days of our holiday, which was extremely kind. She even ordered us a takeaway when we were unable to leave the villa due to bad weather. She was available throughout the week via mobile messaging if we needed. All in all a wonderful host. 10/10.

We had a amazing stay at Villa Filip as a group of 7. We very much appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the owners. Communication was very open and they were very helpful in every aspect of our stay at Villa Filip. The owners are great people and they certainly deserve recognition for it. The Villa itself is beautiful, each room was clean and fresh and the beds are great and spacious. The view is nice from the balcony, the sea side is so close. The pool is well maintained. There is lots to do in the Villa to have fun even on a rainy day. Our stay at Villa Filip made our holiday in Split so amazing. Thank you to the owners at Villa Filip and Villa Petra, we will definitely remember this amazing experience!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. Communication from the owners was absolutely brilliant and they were on hand to help with anything needed, both ahead of our stay and throughout. The villa is well set up for the family vacation we were looking to have. Lovely pool and so wonderful having rock-pools and the sea 30 seconds outside of the Villa gate! There are some lovely restaurants approx. a 20 minute walk down the seafront. Some taxis found the route to the Villa a little tricky to find first time, but the hosts were on hand to help if ever needed for this. All in all, a great place to stay!

We hebben hier een mooie vakantie doorgebracht met twee families. Wat een fantastische accommodatie! Ruim, modern en alle sanitaire voorzieningen zien er fantastisch uit. Het was heerlijk toeven op het terras met het verwarmde privé-zwembad, waar we dan ook vaak tot ’s avonds laat veel tijd hebben doorgebracht. Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame host.

A Dream come true.. Everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Plentiful and, above all, excellent restaurants on the beach promenade, about 20 minutes away on foot. The villa is on the seafront which is walkable for almost 150 meters before sloping down. Perfect for snorkeling, the nearby rocks are also very interesting. A bit cold without Neo in mid-October for longer sessions. Otherwise, the interior is very tastefully furnished, as can be seen, and 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms offer plenty of privacy, even in a larger group. The pool is actually cleaned and covered every day and with problems of any kind Petra is always and constantly on hand with help and advice. As a bonus, there were several times their own wine and liqueur and on the last evening even traditionally prepared fish from the region. So virtually nothing was left to be desired, we were very satisfied and are always happy to say welcome back..

Villa Filip and Villa Petra are two excellent houses. Nice, clean and very well equipped! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Philip! Petra, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From purchasing groceries to arranging for a home cooked meal and ensuring that the pool heater was turned on - we were well taken care of the entire time. We enjoyed walking along the beach and exploring the local Kastelas. Trips into Trogir and Split were convenient via Uber so we didn't need to rent a vehicle. Views of the sea from the bedroom terraces are spectacular! A lovely place to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Proximity to the airport is fantastic. So nice not to have a big drive to start or end your vacation. Airplane noise was not an issue for us. We highly recommend this luxurious, well located property for families or groups of friends. Really beautiful villa, modern decor throughout and literally next door to the beach. You can walk along the beach for around 15-20 minutes and get to the nearest town but would recommend a car to really get around and visit all the nearby kastela’s. The villa was the most well equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything, even giving us their homemade bottle of schnapps, wine, fruit, chocolates and sweets on arrival. The kitchen came with everything (including, salt, pepper & lots of spices), washing room had everything you need for laundry. The bathrooms even had shampoo and body wash! The pool was absolutely perfect in the August heat and there’s lots of outside space. The beach is absolutely stunning, and you get those sea views from the upper balconies. We had the best time and will definitely be back! Fabulous owners too who were always on hand to help with anything. Thank you! Thank you

Our stay at Villa Filip exceeded all our expectations. The Villa itself is lovely and easily accommodated a family of 9, including 3 generations. It is within a few minutes walk of the beach, where you can swim. The location is fantastic - about 10 minutes drive from the airport, and within easy drive of all local attractions. Filip and Petra, the owners, could not have been more helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Tonka and Petra the housekeeper were two superhosts, communicated well and was very understanding of our arrival and departure time. As for the villa, it is the perfect accommodation for a holiday with the family or a group of friends. It is wide, clean, well kept and equipped. The outside area has a super nice pool and a perfect bbq. It was just seconds to walk to the ocean (which we had almost to ourselves). Worth knowing - there is not many restaurants or bars nearby! Overall I highely recommend villa filip to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation without too many tourists.

Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus (Zimmer ganz oben rechts), Sonnenbrand auch bei 17 Grad Außentemperatur, weil es überall geschützte Sonnenplätze gibt und zu dieser Reisezeit(April) fast menschenleere Strände… was will mensch mehr
