Villa Up is a 4-bedroom villa located on the slopes above the town of Split (25min), in Gornje Sitno village. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people and it offers a private and heated 33sqm pool, a Softub Whirlpool, a covered outdoor dining area, a lounge corner with a BBQ, a Playground with a trampoline, and a very comfortable interior overlooking the pool area, sea in the distance, and a beautiful natural environment. Villa UP consists of 175 sqm of interior nestled on a 980 sqm fenced property. Villa UP is beautifully decorated and furnished with high-quality, offering various lounge corners with natural shade to provide you with a perfect home-away-from-home in this indeed unspoiled environment of the Gornje Sitno village. There are 2 restaurants within a short walking distance that offer local traditional food, a mini market is 300 m away from the villa with limited offers, and the nearest supermarket is 10km away. Close to the villa (around 200m) is a mountain trail toward the mountain lodge Umberto Girometta, where many people from the town of Split hike for the weekend escape, and that will keep you in shape and offer a new experience.
A car is necessary, as then you can feel freer to explore the neighborhood and the nearby attractions. There are 3 parking places secured, and the property is fenced.

*The outdoor area offers: A private and heated swimming pool 8m x 4m with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a few steps lower is a comfortable lounge corner next to a traditional barbecue, all with natural shade, and next to it is a playground with a Trampoline, a swing, a slide, and a see-saw. In front of the kitchen is a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people and a grass plot with a Softub Whirlpool, a lounge corner under the olive trees, and a perfect spot to read and relax.
* The ground floor offers: a living area (48sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (washing machine, microwave oven, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker) with additional kitchen island, a dining table for 8 people; Living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV, air-condition; a free WiFi. From the living area, you can approach the covered outdoor dining area and the grass plot with a Softub Whirlpool and a lounge corner.
A Bedroom NO1 (12.5sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, a smaller en-suite bathroom with a shower (2sqm), and direct exit toward the outdoors.
There is also a Family bathroom (6sqm) with a shower, toilet, and a bidet.
* The first floor offers (approached by an internal staircase from the living area, but can be approached from the parking lot too): Bedroom NO2 (12sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, and views of the natural environment and the pool.
Bedroom NO3 (13.5sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (4sqm), a partially covered terrace with a lounge corner and panoramic views of town Split and the sea (terrace shared with Bedroom NO4).
Bedroom NO4 (13.5sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, amazing panoramic views, and a direct approach to the terrace shared with Bedroom NO3.
A Family bathroom (7sqm) with a bathtub, washing machine, and a dryer.
Two restaurants within walking distance offer local traditional food. You have a Dalmatian outdoor fireplace to make a barbecue.
The famous town of Split (19km from Villa Up) is the perfect place to visit. You are located in the center of Dalmatia and above the famous town Split with it's great historical attractions (25min away), small town Omiš (16km) with the Cetina river (17km) that offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, and boat tours. The nearest beach in Podstrana is 12km away, and some activities like Golf training court, Tennis courts, and Peddle courts are also 12 km away. Beautiful nature at Krka waterfalls (1,5h away) is a must-visit location, a beautiful town Trogir with cute narrow streets in the old part of town (30 min away), and you are also able to visit the nearest island, Brač, or island Hvar for a one-day tour from Split or from Omiš. Or simply enjoy your stay at this property with spectacular sunset views, overlooking the town of Split and the sea in the distance, staying here in the quiet mountain environment far from the city fuss.
