Spacious sundeck area with artificial grassplot and some extras for your youngest (basketball hoop, a football goal, a swing and a slide)
*At the ground floor (pool level), you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island (26 sqm), a smart TV, a sofa, and a direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. There is also a relaxing zone for your soul and body with an indoor Gym area with a Finnish sauna (25sqm), smart TV, and door toward the pool area. In the hallway is a separate bathroom with a shower.
There is also a Bedroom NO1 (25sqm) with a super-king size 200cm x200cm overviewing the pool, a TV, Air-conditioning, and a separate area with a single bed 100cm x 190cm.
*The middle floor offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with a view of the wonderful green surroundings and the city of Split.

*The first floor (parking level) offers a contemporary open concept kitchen and living room (66 sqm) with external glass walls and a spacious terrace with a lounge and a hang egg chair, amazing panoramic views of the sea and Split town. A fully equipped kitchen with an island and all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay with some great cooking features, a kitchen island, a dining table, a living area with a sofa, smart TV, a reading corner, and a children's corner with some toys and fun zone. There is also a separate toilet.
There is a secured parking place on a private plot for 3 cars and a car is recommended. The video surveillance system covers the outdoors and the parking lot.
