A ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, sea and pool views from every corner, A/C, smart TV, free WiFi, a sofa that opened in sofa bed for 2, and there is a direct approach to the covered outdoor dining area. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cmx200cm with walk-in wardrobe, A/C, and a TV. A family bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, there are iron facilities in the hall.
An internal staircase takes you to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to a spacious terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, exit to a terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No4 with queen size bed 160x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area of 1.130 sqm is fully fenced with a parking plot for 4 cars. Outdoor offers covered dining area (in front of the kitchen and living room), a barbecue, private 8.2m x 5m swimming pool with counter-current swimming program, with attached Whirlpool 2.5m x 2m (non-heated), spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs with pillows and towels, additionally there is also table tennis and few steps bellow takes you to a gym and playroom.
