You are located between the famous town Split (9 km to the center) and small-town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly hosts, you can also experience a well-organized, active holiday. Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (26 km), seaport (9 km), bus station for international traffic (9 km), railway station (9 km), and the motorway Dugopolje (22 km), golf and tennis courts only 3km far from the villa.
Villa Nocturno is a brand new villa, modernly designed and equipped with high-quality furniture, and can accommodate 8 people. Large glass walls connect the villa's interior with the exterior, boasting a modern swimming pool area, bringing so much welcomed natural sunlight inside. This beautiful, welcoming residence provides both comfort and privacy for all family members regardless of age and is perfectly located should you wish to explore the Dalmatian coast and cities nearby. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. There is a parking lot on the private property for 4 cars, fenced.
*The outdoors offers an infinity heated swimming pool 8m x 4,5m (35sqm) so you can enjoy the sunset and views of the Adriatic coast and town of Split. The sun deck area with 6 deck chairs with pillows, a sun umbrella, outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor dining area in front of the kitchen, together with a traditional barbecue for the perfect family dinner on a vacation.
Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
*The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned and very comfortable and stylish living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities you need for your culinary expertise, a kitchen island, wine cooler, ice maker, dining table for 8, comfortable sofa with open views on the pool and the sea, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, PS5, and a fireplace. A direct approach to the pool area and to the outdoor dining area with barbecue. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and a relaxing reading corner with some books, just next to the hallway, all fully air-conditioned. Bedroom No1 (East side) offers a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a terrace with views on the pool and Adriatic coast (terrace shared with Bedroom No2); Bedroom No2 (Westside) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea and pool views (shared with Bedroom No1). Bedroom No3 (Northside) with king-size 200cm x 200cm (can convert into two single beds 100 cm x 200cm); en-suite bathroom with a shower, views are on the village and on the sea.
* The second floor offers a fully air-conditioned Master Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a self stand bathtub and a shower, and a spacious terrace (35sqm) with breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea and town Split. The overall spatial layout of the villa is very well organized and fluid with plenty of seating space and opportunities for relaxation. This can be your home-away-from-home choice for a perfect vacation in Croatia.
Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature: walking paths, hiking, horse riding, quad drive, and cycling trails, visiting Stara Podstrana, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
