Villa Nina is a newly built and modern villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces, settled on a land plot of 790 sqm and offers a total of 300 sqm living space and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is furnished with carefully selected materials and equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. The whole property is fenced and offers 1 garage space and a parking lot for 3 cars on the private property. Three bicycles are available for guests, and on-site charging for electric vehicles.
Located in Podstrana above the coastal road, only 850m from the beautiful Strožanac pebble beach, mini market (300m), and restaurants also (750m). Villa Nina is located close to the very famous town Split (8 km to the center) with great history, Diocletian Palace, and other attractions worth visiting, and there is a small, Mediterranean town Omiš with Cetina river (17 km from the villa) where besides nature’s abundance, you can also experience a well organized active holiday (rafting, zip-line, riding horses, trying water sports...and more). Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: Split airport (22 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (27 km), golf and tennis courts only 2km far from the villa, horse riding possibility (Enquino 3km)
Villa Nina offers exclusively for you a 3-level interior organization connected with an indoor staircase:
* OUTDOORS: Private and heated swimming pool 8m x 4m, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a lounge corner for nice evenings with a glass of Croatian wine. There is an additional dining table at the terrace in front of the living area, where you can enjoy the beautiful natural shade.
* GROUND FLOOR offers a fully equipped and airconditioned kitchen with all the needed amenities (kettle, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto....) a kitchen island, a stylish dining area, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, Netflix, free WiFi, and a fireplace ( direct approach to the terrace with a dining table). There is a Bedroom No1 (12sqm) with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, and garden views. There is also a family Bathroom (8,5sqm)with a shower and a washing machine.
* LOWER GROUND FLOOR offers a fun zone. There you have a kitchenette with a fridge, Table tennis, Darts, PS5, flat-screen TV, a table and a comfortable sofa. There is also a separate Toilet.
* 1st FLOOR offers Master Bedroom No2 (19sqm) with king-size bed 180cmx 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom (3,5sqm) with a shower and bidet, a terrace with sea views, and with garden furniture. Bedroom No3 (14sqm) with double bed 160cmx 200cm, A/C, views of the natural environment, and a balcony shared with Bedroom No4. Bedroom No4 (14sqm) with double bed 160cm x200cm, A/C, TV, views of the natural environment A Family Bathroom (8,5sqm) with a bathtub, two sinks, and a bidet, and this is for Bedroom No3 and No4. Bedroom No5 (12sqm) offers a spacious single bed 120cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom (5,5sqm) with a shower, and there is also a balcony with views of the surroundings.
Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature: walking paths, hiking, horse riding, quad drive, and cycling trails, visiting Stara Podstrana, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
