* The outdoor area offers a private and heated pool 9m x4,5m with open sea views, surrounded by olive trees. There is a sun deck area with 12 deck chairs (not overlooked), a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, and a spacious dining area. Next to the pool area is a grass plot and a corner for your youngest with a slide and some toys. The parking lot on the private property for 5 cars is secured.
*A Second floor offers a beautiful and charming loft (attic) with a fully equipped kitchen (4th), dining and living area with TV, A/C, a terrace with amazing and opened sea views; a Bedroom No1 with King size bed 180cmx200cm, and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
