*The outdoor space, which is on the elevated ground floor, has a private, heated 40,5 square meter (9 x 4,5 meter) infinity pool with hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. It also has six deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area that can seat eight people comfortably, and a kitchenette with a gas barbecue, a lounge area, and open views of the sea that also overlooks the villas. You can access the sun deck area and a traditional barbecue corner for your grilling prowess behind the chic and cozy lounge corner.
* The INTERIOR of the 53 square meter living/dining area features a chic living room with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, couches, and a direct exit to a covered outdoor dining area and pool area. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a dining table with breathtaking views of the sea. *A 150 square meter FUN and SPA ZONE is located on the lower ground floor, accessible from the living area.
