* The outdoors feature a 9 x 6.5-meter heated pool with shallow sections and four partially submerged deck chairs. The pool has an attached whirlpool featuring hydromassage and a sitting bench, with a geyser for ultimate relaxation. There are six more deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a few hanging egg chairs available in the large, gated sun deck area. An exciting play area featuring a 21m x 18m football pitch with soft artificial grass, an easy-to-set-up badminton net, table tennis, a playhouse with slide and swings, and a trampoline, perfect for fun and active play for all ages. Exclusively for you, there is a 52 square meter covered dining area furnished with two custom wooden benches and chairs in addition to a wooden dining table. There is a flat-screen TV, a BBQ area, an extra refrigerator, a sink, and a cozy lounge corner that is easily accessible from the kitchen. This area is ideal for enjoying a late-evening glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning. You enter the tastefully furnished and fully functional interior from this terrace. There is also a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini, as well as organic chicken eggs offered by the owner.

* You can take short drives to some of the local attractions, such as the ruins of Nečven Fortress (about 30 minutes), Burnum Principum, an archaeological site, and the Burnum amphitheater (12 km), which is the only military amphitheater left in Croatia. You can also enjoy long summer walks around the property's private pool and take in the breathtaking views of the Krka River Canyon from its many viewpoints. Sladić Plastovo (9km) and Bibich Plastovo (8km) are two vineyards where you can sample and purchase local wine. You can try zip-lining Čikola (17km), rafting on the 37km Zrmanja River, and zip-lining Knin (35km). Visit several waterfalls, including Krčić Knin (37km), Manojlovački Slap (12km), Roški Slap (3km), and Skradinski Buk (23km).
* Due to its remarkable natural beauty, Krka National Park is a well-liked tourist destination.
