* The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner in front of the living room, a summer kitchen with TV, a barbecue, a dining table for 8, and a toilet. A playground for your youngest with a slide. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean plants give you a nice environment in calming green colors.
* The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room with pool views, a TV with SAT and NETFLIX, A/C, free WiFi, fireplace, and a glass door toward the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle. A Bedroom No1 with double bed 160cm x 200cm with pool view and exit the terrace. Come and have your wonderful stay in Villa Zen * The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling, and much more (all in Omiš and Cetina river area, 8km from the villa). Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clearly see and all just 10 min drive. Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving to the center and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important information, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.
