The lounge area is situated in front of the kitchen, providing a perfect spot for a morning coffee.
* Indoors, from the main entrance you are entering into a main open-plan, air conditioned living/dining area (37 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern family needs, such as an espresso coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, and more. There is a dining table for 8 and with a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom No. 1 (12 sqm) features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and French doors leading to the pool.
