*Outdoor offers - Private 8mx3m pool with 3mx2m whirlpool (not heated), playground with toys for your youngest, 6 deck chairs, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. Next to it is a pool table room, a fun zone, and upstairs is a Finnish sauna, A/C and a Shower.
*Ground floor NO1 offers Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180x200cm, Bedroom No2 with 2single bed 90x200cm, a Family bathroom No1 with shower, relaxing zone with white sofas.
The internal half-floor staircase takes you to a first Living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a free Wi-Fi, A/C, TV, sofa and additional lounge corner in the gallery. A Family bathroom No2 with a bathtub.
*Ground floor NO2 offers a comfortable second living and dining room with TV, A/C, free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with exit to the covered terrace on the west side with dining table, and direct exit to the pool area. There is a Family bathroom No3 with a shower and washing machine.
A staircase takes you to three bedrooms, all with exit to terrace on south and west. Bedroom No3 with 180x200cm king size bed and En-suite bathroom No4 with shower, Bedroom No4 with two single beds 90x200cm, and Bedroom No5 with king-size bed 180x200cm. Next to it, there is a Family bathroom No5 with bathtub.
A wooden staircase takes you to an attic with fully equipped, open plan kitchen, TV, A/C, Play Station 4, Bedroom No 5 two single beds 90x200cm and a sofa bed for two with a beautiful terrace on the south, and also a spacious Bathroom No6 with shower.
*Villa Remusic consists of 3 units connected with few outdoor stairs, all three exclusively for one group. 1st unit with 2 bedrooms, 2nd unit with 4 bedrooms, 3rd unit with billiard and sauna area. There are 3 parking places at a private property in front of the villa.
Villa REMUŠIĆ is located in unspoiled old village Smolonje offering absolute stress escape and breathtaking panoramic views over hills and Mosor Mountain from every corner of Remušić property. Villa offers very comfortable accommodation for max 14 persons in 6 bedrooms which is ideal for families or a group of friends who enjoy in this quiet environment, but still close to everything, 9km to restaurant, and only 12 km from beach, sea and Cetina river attractions, and so much more. The minimarket is in 2km from villa. There is also opportunity to order a traditional dish named “peka” in local tavern only 1 km far, this is a “must try”! You can also use mountain bikes that offered, and explore local paths. You are only 12km far from small Mediterranean town Omiš with great restaurants, sand and pebble beach’s with clean and warm Adriatic Sea, historical attractions, also 12 km far from beautiful river Cetina that offers a lot activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, free climbing... Famous town Split with great history is only 30 min drive away (23km). Located in the hearth of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Split and Diocletian Palace with great history attractions, Salona Ruins and Klis fortress (Game of Thrones tour).You are located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, but still very close to all you need for an unforgettable stay. Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a private boat tour and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to arrange a body massage.
