Villa Primis is a fully air-conditioned holiday home in Tugare, a quiet village in the Omiš hinterland. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature and positioned above the local road, it offers a peaceful setting while keeping beaches, restaurants, shops and local activities a short drive away.
The sandy beaches of Duće and Omiš are 8 km from the villa. Restaurants and supermarkets are also 8 km away. Restaurant Palacio is 2 km away, and a local mini-market and bar are each 1 km away. Omiš is approximately 8 km from the property. A car is highly recommended.
The villa has 220 sqm of useful interior space across two floors and stands on a 600 sqm private plot with security video surveillance. Private parking is available for up to 6 cars.
Outdoors
The private pool measures 8.5 m × 3.5 m and is approximately 30 sqm. It has an electrolysis filtering system, described as beneficial for your health, as well as hydromassage for relaxing.
The sun deck is furnished with 6 deck chairs and 2 sun umbrellas. A covered al-fresco dining area has a barbecue for cooking with wood or charcoal, with direct access to the kitchen and living area. There is also a separate outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower and an outdoor table tennis table for some fun.
Living area and kitchen
The ground floor, at pool level, features a fully air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area of 68 sqm, with sliding doors opening towards the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as a kitchen island. The dining table seats 8, and the living area has sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV with a PlayStation 5. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Bedroom organisation
All four bedrooms have air conditioning and a king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm.
Ground floor — Bedroom 4: This 14 sqm bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV and views of the surrounding nature. A 5 sqm family bathroom with shower is located next to the bedroom.
First floor — Master bedroom: The 15.7 sqm master bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV, plus an en-suite 6 sqm bathroom with shower. It also opens onto a 22.6 sqm terrace with views of the pool and neighbourhood.

Location
The Omiš and Cetina River area offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including zip-lining above the Cetina River canyon, white-water rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing and cycling. These activities are approximately 8 km from the villa.
Omiš is approximately 8 km away. Its sights include the old Croatian church of Sveti Petar (St. Peter), the small streets of the old town and Mirabela Fortress, with views of Omiš and the Cetina River. The town also has restaurants, bars, an open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, and sandy and pebble beaches with clear water. It is around a 10-minute drive from the property.
The historic city of Split is approximately 18 km away, or around a 25-minute drive to the centre. It offers plenty of restaurants and interesting places to visit, with a lively atmosphere during the day and evening.

On arrival, your hosts can share useful information about places to visit and recommend restaurants. They can also advise on boat rentals and help arrange a trip to the Adriatic islands of Brač or Hvar. Dinner can be ordered, and an in-villa body massage can be booked.
