Perla Blu is well equipped and modern 190 sqm villa with all you and your family need for a very comfortable stay. Amazing sea views and pebble beach is only 50m from the villa and open fruit market next to the villa. The quiet and typical Mediterranean environment gives you a special relaxing feeling.
The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, a spacious living room with TV, A/C, PS4, sofa, dining area for 8, and a balcony with amazing sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. From the dining room, you can approach a lounge area on the west side of the villa.
The first floor offers a Master bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200, TV, A/C, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with amazing sea views.
