This beautiful and comfortable VILLA MASLINA - LOKVA consists of two comfortable units both with fully equipped kitchens and living areas, both units are offered for oe group (max 12 people) with two family spacious bathrooms, and both units are connected by an internal staircase, from the south side of both floors of the villa there is a terrace from where is a beautiful view of the islands and sea, you can approach terrace from living space and from the bedroom. There are 5 bedrooms altogether. You have on both floors two bathrooms.

We have a pull-out sofa where 2 people can sleep.
Villas' interior is organized that way when you enter the spacious hall you are on the first-floor level for the first unit, and internal steps lead you from the second level to the second unit. There is enough space for all of you if you want to enjoy together then you can use a spacious living area or covered outdoor dining place with a small kitchen next to the pool. You can also have a lot of fun at the barbecue area or at the saltwater pool 32m2 which is not overlooked. Comfortable villa with 5 bedrooms, 2km from the beach, quiet environment, sea views
You have one washing room with a washing machine and other utensils for both apartments. Just the kitchen on the second floor has a dishwasher. You have one air conditioner on every floor in the living room. Two bedrooms have also an air conditioner.
Villa Maslina is close to the beach and has family-friendly activities. You’ll love this place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Very comfortable and with few terraces that have amazing sea and island views. Come and enjoy this piece of heaven.
The internal steps led you to a fitness room with an orbit track and exercise bike on the second floor and from this room, you can exit to the pool area, you can also approach the pool from outside steps (exit from the hall), altogether you don`t have too many steps, it is all very well organized and leveled. Three bikes are also available for your use so you can explore the neighborhood with an amazing view while driving.
The premise of the owner's house is a traditional tavern on the ground floor at the parking level,. The owner produces his own craft beer and you have the opportunity to taste traditional food in the typical Dalmatian atmosphere. (on request - breakfast or dinner can be served, not included in the price).
The small, Mediterranean town Omis, with beautiful beaches and entertainment, is nearby. You can visit the famous town Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and the Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO, it takes you approximately 40 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or even the park of nature Biokovo which is above town Makarska. There is a possibility for a boat trip to island Brač that can be organized by the owner, you can also try rafting on the river Cetina (not too rough) or the amazing Zip-line over the canyon of the river Cetina, a lot of possibilities to make your holidays more interesting. Or you can walk in the old part of the place Lokva Rogoznica in the mountain and enjoy an amazing view all the time while walking.
