Villa Lemaro

Our stay at Villa Lemaro was fantastic! Starting with the warm welcome from our host Josko, the beautifully furnished and very clean villa and the fantastic view of the sea. As the weather was kind to us, the children were still able to use the pool at the end of October, but the table tennis table was also used a lot. All in all, our stay was great!

Es hat alles prima geklappt, Vermittlung, Bezahlung, Empfang durch Joschko. Zur Begrüßung war sogar Einiges im Kühlschrank vorhanden, ganz toll. Es fehlte an nichts, es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und neuwertig. Das Haus einschließlich Garten und Pool kann man nur empfehlen. Es ist ein guter Ausgangsort für die Erkundung von Omis, Split, Trogir sowie die Inseln Brac und Hvar. Den gut gekennzeichnete Weg zur kleinen Kapelle auf dem Bergkamm sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Ute und Christian aus Dresden

Wir genossen eine fantastische Urlaubswoche in der Villa Lemaro! Von Josco, dem Vermieter, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war mit Früchten, Wein und Getränken und anderen leckeren Sachen gefüllt. Die modern eingerichtete Villa und das gepflegte Grundstück waren perfekt! Wir genossen den Pool und die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse. Besonders lohnenswert ist die 1-stündige Wanderung zu der kleinen Kapelle hoch oben auf dem Felsmassiv. Der Weg ist gut ausgeschildert und gut begehbar. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Josco und Tamara! Christian und Ute aus Dresden

Recommended. What you see is what you get. A very nice place to be and to relax. Josko, the host, is a good communicator and proactive. He knows how to welcome guests and he gives a lot of explanation about the activities to do in the region.

A beautiful small house with an extraordinary view on the mediterranian sea, big pool, good stuff inside the house, very cozy, very lovely. Everything you need is inside and outside the house. It is located up in the hills, its quite and relaxing to stay at Villa Lemaro. Split and Omis are close, Makarska Riviera is nice one hour trip trip with the car. The host is very kind and helpful, and I think we will come back again. Thanks for 2 great weeks in Dalmatia.

Stayed at the Villa for just over a week and it was truly excellent. Josko was a fantastic host, very helpful and kind from start to end. He ensured that everything was clear and easy to get to as well as providing info on where to go for essentials and anything else we might need or want to do. The villa is stunning and very well equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it! You won’t regret it.

Josko’s Villa Lemaro was a beautifully presented property. He went above and beyond expectations to make us feel incredibly welcome - from welcoming us late at night when we arrived, to filling the villa with everything we could possibly need to help us feel at home and comfortable. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful private house. The property was fully equipped, modern and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Josko is a great host, helpful and friendly... we were delighted to find a lovely spread of fresh fruits, snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The kids especially loved the pool and spent hours splashing around, which made their holiday even more special. Well worth the money and 100% recommended!

This place is a little paradise on earth. Located near all the beaches, but yet secluded and quiet. The house is luxury pure, and the pool so much fun and welcome on hot days. Joško is a great host , always help and mindful. We had an absolute great time, and left fully recharged. Cannot recommend more!

Todella kaunispaikka näköala merelle yli uima-altaan ja suoraan olohuoneesta myös. Asunto laadukas ja siisti. Erikoinen vuoristotie asunnolle, mutta upeat näkö-alat reitillä. Isäntä oli tuonut alkuun kaikkea kaupasta. mm. hedelmiä leipätarvikkeita ja jopa viiniä. + lopuksi saatiin vielä oliivi öljyä. Voin suositella paikkaa.

Josko is an excellent host. He met us at check in and gave us loads of information about the surrounding areas. His villa was a beautiful getaway from the city up in the mountains with a beautiful view. The pool was lovely and always in the sun with a view of the sea. The villa was clean, had very good amenities with everything you’d need to stay and a beautiful view. For cooking, we only needed the ingredients, everything else was provided for any dish you need. If I have the chance again, I would definitely stay at Josko’s villa. I would advise it’s a little bit of a challenge first time to drive up the mountain to the villa, but Josko provided excellent instructions via Google Maps for the correct turning in point by car. I had no trouble getting Uber’s from the villa during May despite being 40 mins drive to the centre of Split. To Josko, thank you very much for letting us stay at your lovely place!

Had an amazing stay in Croatia

Très bon séjour. La villa est paisible à proximité de la mer. La vue est magnifique. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Sehr schönes Haus, voll eingerichtet mit 1 Bad und 1 WC extra in Erdgeschoß. Der Empfang mit dem Hausherr war super so wie die Übergabe.. Ein Auto ist Pflicht, die schönen Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir können das Haus gut empfehlen. Waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Da sich das Haus in einer ruhigen Lage befindet, kann man wirklich wunderbar am Pool relaxen, die Aussicht genießen und einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Unserem Gastgeber würde ich gern 10 Sterne geben, da er wirklich immer bei allen Fragen und Wünschen sofort weitergeholfen hat. Auch die Willkommens- und Abschiedsüberraschung war gelungen. Vielen Dank für den erstklassigen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We stayed here with a group of two couples. The Appartement is really beautiful. We had everything that we need. The kitchen had all the utensils that you need to cook some nice meals. The rooms are all air conditioned separately, which is really nice. The outside area of the Villa is also really nice. You can have dinner, play ping pong or relax in the pool. The only thing you have to think of , when traveling here is, that you have to drive 10 min up the hill to reach the Villa. The way Google tells you to drive just don’t do it because it’s much worse than the other way. But the owner told us already before we went there which road to take so it was no problem. One thing I would like to underline is that the owner is a really caring and nice person. Whenever we needed something he helped us out and brought us different things we asked him for (like music box etc. so he basically didn’t have to do it). Also we were welcomed with a sweet surprise and also received a very nice goodbye gift. All in all very nice place!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Alle Räume sind mit Klima ausgestattet und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht. Uns hat es super gefallen es ist alles vorhanden für einen top Urlaub. Super Betreuung vor Ort. Haus ist durch die erhöhte Lage sehr ruhig wir konnten uns super entspannen. Super Blick aufs Meer. Kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Unglaublich tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und Top Ausstattung. Lage am Hang war ebenfalls sehr schön und die Strände traumhaft schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Host Juri war ein exzellenter Gastgeber, der sich bei Fragen um alles gekümmert hat!

This villa is simply perfect!!! We fell in love in this place at the first sight! Everything is exactly like in the pictures (new, very clean, very well equipped and organized). From one side you can see the sea, from the other side the mountains and we still can't decide which view was better! Both simply breathtaking! The swimming pool was awesome! Perfect for chilling! Coffee and breakfast time at the table on the terrace in the sunrays were unforgettable And the owner! We simply love him! He made us filling welcome and taken care of.
