Villa Dasianda

We absolutely loved the house, the grounds, the pool, the views, access to the beach. The host went above and beyond to make our vacation the most memorable and amazing. We loved the location and the hospitality. We highly recommend the property. We fell in love with Croatia!

Lovely property that matched description. Very clean on arrival. Good facilities, swimming pool, large driveway big enough for 4 cars. We were met at check in and check out. Location as expected. Good access to beach (via a lot of steps), shop and local services. Short drive to Omiš for everything else. All good.

Et svært vennlig familieselskap som helt tydelig setter ryddighet, renhold og kvalitet øverst. Full pott. Meget moderne og gjennomtenkt Villa med kjempefine uteområder. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Dejligt hus med gode forhold til 10 personer. Søde udlejere der tog godt imod os og svarede hurtigt på de spørgsmål vi havde undervejs i opholdet.

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den herzlichen Empfang. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und es hat alles super gepasst. Entfernung zum Meer sind mit 90m beschrieben, den Strand kann man jedoch nur über einer Treppe erreichen mit ziemlich ungleichen Stufen. Also entspricht eher 90 Höhenmetern . Haus, Pool und Außenanlage sehr sauber und ansprechend.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 2 Familien. Es ist alles so wie es die Bilder versprechen. Der Ausblick fantastisch und der Weg zum Meer in ca.3 -5 Min. mit Privat Ausgang vom Grundstück ist perfekt. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Top Adresse 👍👍👍

We stayed here for 9 Days in May 2024 with a group of friends and our son (3y). The host family gave us the warmest welcome we could imagine and prepared a traditional local dish on arrival. The area was beautiful and quiet with an awesome view at the sea. Except two rooms that share one bathroom (ideal for a couple with kids) every other room has an en-suite bathroom which our friends loved because it gives every couple a little more privacy. The house and even the pool area were extremely clean on arrival and we immediately felt that this property is taken care of by the host family even when there are no guests. We will definitely come back here.

We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts when we arrived and were blown away by how clean the villa was. All the furniture, utensils, equipment, bedding, towels were top quality. We were slightly out of season (last week of September) so the bars / restaurants on the beach were closed but with only a short drive into Omis, there was plenty of choice. The facilities in the Villa were so great, it was really easy to cook there too. There is a short walk (via steps) to the sea and it has to be the cleanest sea we had ever been in! It was lovely to swim in. This is by far the nicest, cleanest Villa any of us have ever stayed in and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great place and very well equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen etc. The host and family were really kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Some local wine, olive oil and traditional gifts were given which was all a really lovely touch. The host was able to prepare a traditional dish for our first night and some drinks which was a reasonable price and definitely worth it. The restaurants in the area are all very similar with similar food - pizza, meat, fish & chips mostly. The wine of Croatia wasn’t to our taste and we struggled to find any imported wine. Highly recommend the rafting but book direct at the office in Omis as we got it for 20euros and spoke to other who booked on here and paid 80. Zip line is great too, a real one off opportunity. Great place. Very well kitted out with everything you might need ( and more). Excellent coffee machine! Note that it is really two apartments with no internal stairs so for our group dynamics it wasn’t a problem but it might not work for some.

We spent 2 fantastic weeks in July 23 at Villa Dasianda. Stunning views and extremely well maintained property, it was ideal for our 2 families and kids. Parents enjoyed a quiet early morning swim in the crystal clear ocean followed by a coffee and pastry in the local bakery shop- a perfect start to the day. There are 2 local shops and a couple of restaurants on the street and beach for those not wanting to drive. We had a car to get to bigger supermarkets and we could visit Omis town in the evenings. Lots of restaurants and charming streets to walk through. Damir and family were incredible hosts, giving us great advice of what to do and who to talk to. Do try the wonderful wines of Marko & Petra in their wine shop in Omis. (Mimica Winery) River boats, rafting, ziplines all easily arranged. A special day out is to find a skipper to take you to the coves and towns of Brac island. It was the highlight of the holiday, sails ups and kids having super fun. Fantastic place and great hosts. Very clean and a nice outdoor area. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. The apartment is close to a beautiful little beach and you have everything you need close by - supermarket, good restaurant etc. I would highly recommend it to families with children. Tanks to Zvone and Damir for a great stay!

This was a family holiday for 7 adults and a 1 year old. The villa worked really well and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The upstairs and downstairs areas are separated so the early risers don’t disturb the others. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The BBQ area is great. A larger grill areas would help. Pool is lovely and enough room for everyone. Ferie and family are very friendly and very responsive to any questions. We did struggle to get taxis into the local town (Omiš) so a car is probably essential as there are limited bars/restaurants in walking distance.

This is probably the best Villa we have stayed in , in so many regards. From its modern feel, its cleanliness, fantastic facilities (the kitchen was so well equipped), to the pool, locality to the sea and off course the stunning views! The pool is great for kids being one depth, and the games console and area inside is a nice touch should the rain role in. I cant mention the property without saying how welcoming Damir and all of the family were to us from the moment we go there through great communication. They met us as we arrived and provided us with a fantastic meal and drinks which after the travel was much appreciated. They were keen to recommend place to see or eat (do search out the Flintstones restaurant, the drive is worth it!).and when asked nothing was too much trouble for them. The family arrived on our final day with more drink and a birthday cake as 2 of our party were celebrating a very kind and appreciated gesture. The area itself is stunning with lots to do, particularly if you like to be active, but that doesn't mean there's nothing for the less adventurous. The local town Omis is beautiful and all ages enjoyed the canyon boat ride. If your thinking of visiting Croatia, Villa Dasianda seems to me a great place to do it from!

We had a wonderful stay here, perfect for a large group. Very clean and wonderful to have access to both the beach and a pool! Very friendly and attentive and organised us an alternative place to park our car as I was nervous about driving down to the driveway! You would need a car here if you wanted to explore the area

The villa was brilliant, it was split across two floors which each duplicated facilities with their own access which makes Perfect for 1 or 2 families. The pool was lovely and has beautiful views. My only reservation was have two young children one of them being only 8 months it was not possible to get to the beach easily so therefore we didn’t go. However the pool was so good we didn’t need to. The location really needs a car. Zvonimir and family were perfect hosts.

This was the second time we was at Villa Dasianda and it was again a fantastic vacation. We enjoyed every day in this great house. The house owners are very friendly and helpful in all questions you may have. We was also invited to their private garden direct at the river Cetina to go fishing. Thanks again for fantastic 2 weeks. We will come again 🙂

Fantastic location, Fabulous Villa. The owner Damir was in touch with us a few days before we arrived and met us near the Villa to take us there where he had prepared the most delicious welcome meal. Nothing was too much trouble and there were lots of convenient little touches inc coffee beans set up in a machine for the week, bath robes supplied , slippers if needed and many others . The air con in every room was definitely needed and lovely, the pool was ample size with 9 of us using it and inflatables. The beach was a 5 min walk away with 2 nice bars. 2 min walk away to the top of the drive we’re a fab bakery and fruit stand with 2 restaurants, which we tried and highly recommended both . All in all a great place to stay . Thanks to all .

Ett paradis och fantastisk service av värdparet. Genomgående hög standard på bostaden och bekvämt avstånd till strand, restauranger och mindre matbutiker. Rekommenderar starkt och vi kommer återkomma 😊

A lovely welcome meal greeted us, very welcome as we arrived after all the shops had shut. The villa has absolutely everything you could think of provided, and all the usual kitchen consumables. Loads of towels, comfy beds, pool is immaculate and the perfect temperature. The owners were extremely helpful when we had an issue with not enough hot water for 6 showers and were always available on WhatsApp. We had the best holiday we could have hoped for.

Czas spędzony w domku był niesamowity i z pewnością zostanie w naszej pamięci na długo. Mieliśmy tam wszystko czego potrzeba, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, większość sypialni z prywatną łazienką, zadaszony taras, gdzie codziennie spędzaliśmy wspólnie czas grillując, prywatny zejście na plażę, basen czyszczony codziennie a najważniejsi byli gospodarze, niesamowicie sympatyczni i otwarci, po długiej podróży przywitali nas kolacją. Żałujemy tylko że nasz pobyt minął tak szybko i mamy nadzieje, że uda nam się jeszcze wrócić w to miejsce. Było cudownie! ❤️

Let me start with the fact that we had an excellent stay at villa Dasianda. We booked a holiday for a week for 7 persons and a 3 month old baby. Our flight arrived in the morning so i called the owner Damir and asked him if we could check in earlier. Damir immediately told me that it's no problem. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely family of Damir and they brought us some delicious local food that tasted amazing. They also gave us a bottle of wine and apple cider for our stay. The villa was amazing. It was superclean and we had everything we wanted. Except one thing.... a bed for the baby. We didn't have to ask about it because the lovely family noticed the baby and immediately went to get a baby bed and put on clean sheets, a blanket, a cushion and even some cleaning cloths for the baby. Absolutely amazing. They also brought a small baby bath so we could shower the baby in it. The pool was amazing. There were more than enough sunbeds and two big parasols. The view was amazing. For groceries we went to a small mini market that was like a 2 minute walk to get too. There was also a BBQ at the villa which we used and it worked great. We had an amazing week. At the last day we had a small problem because we had to check out at 10 am and our flight was at 10 pm. The weather forecast for that day was bad so we were worried about where to go with the baby. I called Damir and explained our situation. Damir immediately told me he is going to call a friend who has an appartment 5 km from Omis. Damir than called me back and told me that he arranged that we could stay at the appartment of his friend untill we had to go to the airport with no costs!! We were so happy with this sollution and it shows what an amazing person Damir is. The last day Damir came and brought us to the appartment. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. I could write a book about how nice the villa and Damir were. Thanks for everything and we sure hope to be back some day!

Absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a group with a toddler and 2 babies. The hosts provided everything we could need for the children and greeted us with food and drinks on our arrival at 11pm. The family also cooked us a traditional meal which was excellent! Communication ( especially as our trip was delayed by 12 months due to covid ) was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was of a very high standard and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would recommend to anyone

Staying at Villa Dasianda was paradise! For the check-in we were greeted by the whole family who are extremely kind, polite and hospitable. They also cooked us a wonderful Croatian dinner one evening. The villa was completely spotless, each room has it's own aircon, the kitchens are equipped with everything you would need for cooking and entertaining and there's a large table downstairs that comfortably fits 10 people. A short walk down the hill takes you to the sea, further along there is a little beach with a couple of bars/restaurants. On the main road there are two supermarkets that are a bit limited but good enough for a few meals. And it's only a 10 minute drive into Omis where you can find larger supermarkets and more restaurants/bars.

Beautiful villa with an even better view! It's been amazing to unwind here at Villa Dasianda. Everything is exactly like in the pictures, the villa itself was squeaky clean when we arrived, the pool is cleaned daily and all the appliances worked seamlessly. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very much at home in their home. We would definitely come back - it's really exceeded our expectations!

Perfekt for us! Landed in Sweden yesterday with a smile on our faces! Such a house, such hospitality, 10 out of 10! When my mother says ”If i am going to Croatia again, i will rent this house” you know its good... because she never wants to go to the same place twice:) Thanks to you for a pleasant stay!
