Villa Calma

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Calma war genau wie erhofft. Super schöne Gegend, ruhige Atmosphäre und alles genau wie auf den Fotos. Denis Kuvacic (der Host) war sehr freundlich, engagiert und hat uns jede Menge toller Aktivitäten und Restaurants empfohlen. Besonders die Taverne in Naklica war wirklich cool, richtig leckeres essen (vegan, vegetarisch und fleisch/fisch) und der Chef hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Die Kommunikation mit FERIE HOME Agency war unkompliziert und freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Das meiste lief letztendlich dann direkt in Absprach mit dem Host Denis. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub. Our stay was perfect for a group of 6 adults and 4 children. The outside area is fabulous with a heated pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, decent sunbeds and a nice view. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms, nice en suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner Denis is very helpful, kind and always available for questions. We hope to come back one day!

The host was amazing so was her lovely mum they were so welcoming, the villa is stunning and could not fault it at all, the only problem was on my behalf there is not much to do in the area and you have to get taxis everywhere which are not cheap, there is a supermarket and a bar outside and the staff are lovely, the place is great for people who want a relaxing place to stay with beautiful views

Huset var precis så fint som på bilderna och värden Denis väldigt hjälpsam och lätt att få kontakt med. Utsikten är magisk och människorna i den lilla byn vänliga och hjälpsamma. Det ligger även en liten mysig restaurang 10 minuters promenad från huset som vi varmt kan rekommendera.

Excellent house and host. Very nice warm swimming pool and yacuzzi. Some dishcloth, kitchen towels and some more glasses would be recommended.

In one word fantastic

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in Vila Calma. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de geboden spelletjes. Het huis is groot, goed onderhouden en de eigenaar Denis is een behulpzaam en zorgzame man die altijd voor ons klaar stond mocht er wat zijn. Er zit een kleine supermarkt op 5min lopen en je rijdt in 10 min naar Omis waar restaurants en supermarkten zitten. We geven Denis 100% 5 sterren!

Hey netter Hausbesitzer! Haus ist entfernt von anderen einheimischen Häusern mit wundervoller Aussicht auf die bergige Landschaft. Toller Pool, toller Whirlpool, tolle Sauna. Mietwagen ist ein Muss in der Gegend. Tolle Wanderpfade in der Umgebung.

Lovely house, great location with amazing view and very nice host! Communication was easy. Would like to come back all of us (four adults and five children of different ages)! Thank you for the stay!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa. Der Gastgeber war total freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Haus selbst war sehr aufgeräumt und auch Pool, Jacuzzi und Saune waren absolut gepflegt. Die Landschaft ums Haus bieten sich zum spazieren oder wandern an. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The villa and location were perfect and as hosts you were outstanding, the best we have found during our travels over many years Gata is a village just minutes out of Omis and the view on the drive down is breathtaking. Denis and his family were so welcoming and the villa was very clean and had everything we needed The pool and the spa were brilliant and so clean !! Thanks for making our holiday !! We spent a week in Villa Kuvacic which is very well-kept and from which you can admire beautiful views and on the other hand, it is a great base for exploring Croatia. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect for evening relaxation. The hosts made sure that we had everything we needed and tasting local specialties prepared by them is an additional benefit. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Location, Great Hosts, Great Villa Approaching the villa along the narrow lanes was an adventure! Once the villa comes into view and you see the surroundings, the views! wow. Then you meet Julija and Denis in the villa and its not just like the pictures its even nicer! Denis & Julija are wonderful hosts, who treat you to local/home made specialties on arrival and departure. They are on hand whenever you need them and always have a smile to share. The villa is well equipped, spacious and very comfortable, I would suggest that the hosts have a little book of for the little questions guests invariably forget to ask on check-in, like how does the recycling work, where do we put our waste bags, what should we do with linens, what channels on the satellite are in what languages, where can we get BBQ briquettes etc. Overall our party of 3 couples (no kids) had a wonderful time exploring and just relaxing by the pool and the weather was perfect.

Sehr schönes und in der Natur gelegene Haus mit vier Badezimmern. Das Whirlpool und die Sauna runden das ganze ab. Einen ganz schönen Dank sprechen wir Denis und seine Ehefrau. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien reisen, kommen wir wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub Super tolles sauberes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Die Vermieter Denis und Julija sind sehr sehr freundlich und extrem kinderlieb .so ist auch das Haus sehr gut kindgerecht eingerichtet..Jedoch auch mit Freunden könnte ich mir dieses Traumhaus gut für Urlaub vorstellen.Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen. .Auch der Ort "Omis" der eine Auto Viertelstunde entfernt über eine atemberaubende landschaftlich gelegene Strecke erreicht wird, ist sehr sehr schön.Dort gibt es alles an Aktivitäten zu finden was das Herz begehrt

Gorgeous villa, stunning location, beautiful country Villa Kuvacic is a superb property. An easy drive from Split airport. Set in a mountainous location it is very well placed for access to Omis where there are some lovely restaurants as well as access to the Cetina River gorge boat trips. The road towards Split has several large supermarkets where you can shop for provisions. The villa has a feeling of peace and tranquillity, being set on the very edge of a village. You have the feeling of being remote without being totally cut off. It offers excellent levels of privacy as it is not overlooked. The standard of the property is very high. The furnishings and decor are excellent and everything is very comfortable. There is plenty of space. We travelled as a couple, but even with a larger group this property would still be spacious. Hot water is provided by solar power, which was a slight problem for our first few days as it rained and was rather cold, so we only had luke warm water! But once the sun came out the water quickly heated up and was plentiful and very hot. But if you were planning to stay here out of the hot, sunny months this could be a problem. However, it certainly didn't spoil our stay. The pool area is fantastic, with a lovely outdoor cooking and seating area. The size of the pool is good and the steps down into the pool make access very easy. We found the owners to be extremely friendly and welcoming, from the moment we booked to the day we left. They were very helpful and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Croatia and the area surrounding this villa offers so many things to see and do that we found it to be a perfect holiday destination. I won't cover them in this review as there are too many, but they are covered in separate reviews. We would love to return to the villa one day and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect stay Beautiful villa, with everything you need. beautiful location, Denis could not be more helpful and friendly. A car is essential though. I will be coming back!
