Villa Belina offers spacious (360 sqm), fully air-conditioned accommodation for 10 people in 4 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and with balcony, a game room with PS4, spacious kitchen with living and dining area, glass wall toward the pool area. Outdoor offers heated, private pool 8x4m, sun deck area, outdoor dining area with BBQ.
Villa Belina is a new built villa in a typical Mediterranean style, fully equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay, located in small village Gata offering absolute privacy in very quiet and unspoiled environment. It is only only 26km (30 min drive) to famous town Split with it`s great history, and 8 km (10 min drive) from small Mediterranean town Omiš, sandy and pebble beach, Cetina river, many restaurants and many activities that small town Omiš offer. Nearest mini market is in walking distance (500m), and supermarket is 8km far, in Omiš. From the pool you have an amazing view of the mountains, village. The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina river offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water sports...and many more.
Ground floor offers a huge living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and dining area, glass door toward the pool area. Bedroom No1 with king size bed, en suite bathroom, A/C, pool view. Toilet.
Lower ground floor offers sauna room and a fitness room with TV, A/C and a shower.
First floor offers Bedroom No2 with king size bed, en suite bathroom, balcony, A/C. Bedroom No3 with two single beds + sofa bed for 1 person, en suite bathroom, A/C, balcony. Bedroom No4 with king size bed, A/C, en suite bathroom, balcony. Game room with PS5, sofa (can open in bed), TV and A/C.
Outdoor offers heated 32sqm pool with massage, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, outdoor dining area with BBQ. Enjoy the outdoor surrounded with aromatic Mediterranean plants. There is also a garage for one car, a table tennis and darts (can be used outside). Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
