Villa Atopos is a very comfortable property that can accommodate 10+2 people. It is renovated with high standard and tastefully decorated villa, organized on 3 levels and located on the mountainside above small Mediterranean town Omiš (2,5km). With 250sqm of the living area, perched on a 580 sqm fenced plot and features an unimpeded view of the seaside, islands, and town of Omiš itself, offering tranquility, breathtaking views of the hillside, the coastline, Adriatic sea, and the island of Brač, and you are still only 5 min drive from plenty restaurants, sandy or pebble beach, supermarkets, opened market, and other nice locations offered in Omiš. The sunset views from the pool area and from the terrace are more than breathtaking.
Villa Atopos is fully airconditioned and covered with free WiFi. Here are the details of floor organization offered exclusively for one group:
*The OUTDOOR - pool level, the 3rd-floor level. The heated private pool 7m x 4m features hydro-massage and has a sophisticated led-colored lighting system to enjoy the evening swims. A sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, additional 6 patio chairs, and the dining table with sun umbrellas. The sunsets from here are simply amazing and the views of the Omiš town lights, and on the island Brač in the evenings are also breathtaking.
The outdoor at the 1st-floor level is located in front of the living area and offers a large wooden dining table for 12 people and a Kamado Joe grill, with panoramic sea views giving you a really nice feeling while enjoying al-fresco. There is also a lounge corner for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings or having a morning coffee with spectacular sea views. There is outdoor table tennis at your disposal too.
* The 2nd floor ( with separate entrance) offers a spacious living area (40sqm) with a comfortable sofa, TV, A/C, a panoramic window, a fully equipped kitchen (the oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, and an American style fridge freezer with inbuilt ice making dispenser...and more), dining area with exit to a terrace with sea views, Family bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bidet, and another smaller family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a Cinema room (12sqm) with a TV, A/C, a Play station, a sofa (can convert into a sofa bed) and a glass door to approach the pool area from this floor. There is a Bedroom NO1 (15sqm) with a king-size bed of 180cm x 200cm, A/C. A Bedroom No2 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C.
* The 1st floor (with separate entrance) offers a spacious living area (40sqm) with a comfortable sofa, TV, A/C, a panoramic window, a fully equipped kitchen (the oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, and an American style fridge freezer with inbuilt ice making dispenser...and more), dining area with exit to the lounge corner and a dining terrace with grill, Family bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bidet, and another smaller family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a Bedroom NO3 (15 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C. Bedroom No4 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, and Bedroom No5 (12sqm) with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm that can connect to a king-size bed.
On the ground floor - the parking level of the villa is a garage, and a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and all laundry facilities.
Your host Peter that lives next door will be at the property upon your arrival at the agreed time, and he is a full-time local handyman and gardener, who is at hand to assist with anything needed during your stay absolutely respecting your privacy, and can also make nice local meals, grill or Peka (a traditional dish) together with locally produced wine for an extra fee on site. He can share with you his local knowledge of things to do and see. For trips to the beach and other local journeys, he can drive you in the villa's car for an additional fee. He also cleans the pool daily and oversees the weekly cleaning and change of linen. A daily maid service is available upon request, at an extra charge.
For those who enjoy being on the water for an additional fee, the host can help you organize a boat tour to secluded bays on the island of Brac, or along the coast to Makarska and to other historic places, to enjoy secluded restaurants and beaches.
