Villa Angelus spans three levels, thoughtfully organized for both relaxation and entertainment. The ground floor boasts a spacious living-dining area that seamlessly opens up to the pool, perfect for enjoying warm summer days. On the first floor, you will find sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests, ensuring everyone has their own slice of tranquility. The lower ground floor houses a fun zone complete with a projector and PS5, as well as a gym featuring professional equipment.

- Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside to reveal your own private infinity swimming pool (8m x 5m), which features heating ( please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed ), and hydromassage options, along with a state-of-the-art electrolysis non-chlorine filtration system. Relax in the welcoming hot tub or bask in the sun on the expansive sun deck, furnished with six loungers, an outdoor shower, and a comfortable lounge area for unwinding. Experience delightful al fresco dining at the indoor-outdoor dining space that opens onto the sun deck through sliding doors. This area is equipped with a wood/charcoal barbecue, a refrigerator, an ice maker, and a sink, all while you take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding islands.
- Chic Living Areas:
The ground floor, which is located at the pool level, features a chic open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes amenities such as a refrigerator, espresso machine, wine cooler, four-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster. Large glass doors flood the living space with natural light and seamlessly connect you to the pool and stunning ocean views. This level also includes a convenient restroom.

On the upper floor, you'll find four opulent bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom No. 1 (Southwest 20sqm): Fitted with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), air conditioning, TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace featuring a jacuzzi (hot tub), two lounge chairs, and a relaxing area with sweeping sea views.
- Bedroom No. 2 (South 14sqm): This room boasts a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), TV, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony offering fantastic sea vistas.
- Bedroom No. 3 (South-East 17sqm): Also featuring a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with beautiful sea views.
- Bedroom No. 4 (East 10sqm): Includes a sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), a TV, air conditioning, and a workspace. Additionally, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available on this floor.
- Entertainment Zone:
Make your way down to the lower ground floor via an outdoor staircase, where you’ll discover an expansive, air-conditioned fun zone and gym. This area is equipped with another full kitchen (including a refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker, four-burner electric stove, popcorn maker, coffee machine, and dishwasher), along with a dining table. Enjoy time on the plush sofa, which can be transformed into a spacious sofa bed (190cm x 200cm), or immerse yourself in entertainment with a projector and a PlayStation 5. Adjacent to this is a gym area featuring a professional treadmill, exercise bike, multifunctional exercise machine, weights, Pilates ball, and yoga mat. The room is air-conditioned and includes a TV, a separate toilet, and a walk-in shower.
