NEW Apartment Villa Gironi

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

We had a great stay at the house - everything was new, very well equiped and nicely decorated. We loved the amazing outdoor area with a nice pool and outdoor kitchen. Everything you needed was close around - restaurants, beaches and nice cities to visit. Kristina was a wonderful host - very kind, always available and she always had perfect recommendations for us. We absolutely recommend the house and Kristina as the host! Thanks for everything!

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Freundlichste Gastgeberin, welche auch sofort bei Bedürfnissen reagiert. Der Außenbereich mit Grillstelle, Pool und Jakuzzi war unser persönlicher Highlight. Sehr empfehlenswert..

100% recommend this home! Modern, clean, spacious and the host Christina was so generous and a great communicator. The pool and cabana area with the wood-fire bbq were our favourites, as well as the table tennis! 200m from the local supermarkets, only 10mins into Omiš where there are plenty of restaurants and a nice old town. Definitely stay here if you want a great time in Croatia!

maison géniale, piscine et spa identique au photos ! c est le paradis !!! les propriétaires sont vraiment très très gentil ! a notre arrivée il y avait des fruits , une bouteille de vin , c est très accueillant ! je recommande a 100% la maison qui est situé dans un quartier calme .

Amazing! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, wir waren zu 3 dort, mein Mann mein Sohn und Ich. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Es ist ein Ruhiger Platz dort, man ist aber schnell in Omiš am Strand (Steine), man kommt aber auch sehr schnell zu einem Sand Strand. Die Vermieter der Wohnung sind super freundlich und Hilfsbreit! Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr Wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber, es gibt alles was man braucht! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet! Ebenso die Outdoor Küche ist ein Traum. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Kälte zum abkühlen und der Whirlpool ist mit warmen oder kaltem Wasser eine super Alternative für die Abendstunden, bei einem schönen Feuer. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Ebenso haben wir das gemeinsame Abendessen mit Kristina und Ihrem Mann sehr genossen. Alles in allem ein super erster Aufenthalt in Kroatien. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! We were very satisfied, we were 3 there, my husband, my son and I. We really enjoyed the tranquillity there. It is a quiet place there, but you are quickly in Omiš on the beach (stones), but you also get to a sandy beach very quickly. The landlords of the apartment are super friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable from the first second. The apartment was very tidy and clean, there is everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped! Likewise, the outdoor kitchen is a dream. The pool has a pleasant cold to cool down and the whirlpool with warm or cold water is a great alternative for the evening hours, with a nice fire. We will definitely come back. We also really enjoyed the dinner together with Kristina and her husband. All in all, a great first stay in Croatia. We can only recommend it!

Die Unterkunft ist super modern und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit dort verbracht, weil wir in Ruhe an unserem eigenen Pool entspannen konnten. Ein Highlight ist natürlich auch die outdoor Küche, in der wir oft gegrillt haben. Nicht weit entfernt ist direkt der Strand, da gibt es sowohl Sandstrand als auch Kiesstrand. Alles in allem war es super schön dort und wir freuen uns, wenn wir uns bald wieder in der tollen Unterkunft eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. 🤗

Es waren wunderschöne 3 Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit gemeinsam mit unserer 5 Köpfigen Familie ❤️ Die Villa war live noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir waren noch nie In einer so sauberen Unterkunft die so fantastisch gerochen hat. Die liebe Kristina hat sich die gesamten Drei Wochen bestens um uns gekümmert und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Wir wurden mit Snacks empfangen über die wir nach einer langen Reise aus Deutschland sehr dankbar waren. Es war definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal in Omiš. Vielen lieben Dank für diese schöne Zeit liebe Kristina ☀️❤️

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta boende! Poolen och jacuzzin var helt underbara och vi spenderade många avkopplande timmar där. Värden var exceptionellt hjälpsam och trevlig, och fick oss att känna oss som hemma från första stund. Som familj hade vi en underbar tid och uppskattade verkligen alla faciliteter som erbjöds. Gångavstånd till trevlig restaurang, liten butik och lekpark för de små. Dock saknas trottoar men så pass nära att det går att promenera ändå. Ett tips är att ha tillgång till bil, vilket gör det lättare att utforska området och få ut det mesta av vistelsen. Vår värd Kristina rekommenderade en sandstrand och en stenstrand. Båda stränderna är mysiga men trots att vi har små barn (2åringar) föredrog vi stenstranden som var ljuvlig och hade en bra restaurang i anslutning som också hyrde ut solstolar under segel som gav skugga för 20 €. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till andra familjer som vill ha en härlig upplevelse. Särskillt tack till Kristina🌸

The location is ok - by car it takes only 10 minutes to reach the beautiful beach in Omiš. A wonderful place and wonderful hosts, great communication. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a very modern style. In any weather you could sit outside under a covered terrace with an additional stove and a jacuzzi. Another great attraction is a pin pong table, even a PS5, and a swimming pool, perfect for people who come with family, friends, and more. The apartment was equipped with everything that could be useful during your stay. Air conditioning in each room with the ability to regulate the temperature was very helpful on hot days. The place has a wonderful atmosphere and luxury, you can relax very much. And for those in need - fast Wi-Fi :)
