Villa Pera

was the most friendliest kindest host that we have ever met, He even paid for a meal for me and my family in a restaurant of our choice. the villa itself is verry beautiful and set Infront of some mountains. the villa was at the highest standard of cleanliness and everything is been decorated to the highest spec. the underfloor heating was a bonus in the evenings as it was a bit chilly when the sun went down. the pool was a major highlight of our trip and we loved spending family time in there. the jets are great to sit under when you just want to relax. we would 100% stay at Ivo's villa again and would definitely recommend anyone to stay. a big thank you to Ivo and his wife for an unforgettable family holiday.👌😁

Ivo was an amazing host! He replied to messages immediately, was incredibly friendly, and even invited us out for dinner. The villa was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Superbe maison , hyper propre et très très bien équipé. Belle déco et propriétaire vraiment sympa . La vue est incroyable , seul bémol c'est qu'on entend un peu la route.Nous habitons dans un endroit loin de tout trafic donc nous n'avons pas l'habitude. Il y a un petit supermarché à 1 min à pied ce qui est très pratique. ( ils ont du bon pain )

Villa Pera is incredible. The owner, Ivo, has thought of everything to make your stay so relaxing. We stayed for one week. The villa is modern, spotlessly clean, the pool fantastic and the village is so peaceful (a supermarket is just a few hundred metres from the villa). Omiš is a stunning 10-minute drive and a trip on the Cetina River is a must. Perfect location close to beaches and restaurants. Ideal for a family (we have teens and Split was easily accessible for them) or group. We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate to book this jewel in Croatia. Thank you, Ivo!

La piscine etait superbe avec sa fonctionnalité jacuzzi, les lits étaient confortables, la propreté de la villa était nickel, tous les équipements étaient modernes, l'espace extérieur : le barbecue, la table protégée du soleil et de la pluie, l'espace de jeux et les arbres. Le calme a été également très apprécié. Ivo nous a très bien accueilli, et était disponible si besoin. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

Great place! The host was available at almost all times! Had a power shortage at around midnight, and he still responded when we called him for help!

We had an amazing week staying at the villa, it's easily one of the best places we've stayed over the years. The villa itself has everything you'll ever need for a superb holiday experience. Outside highlights include the 28 degree heated pool, sports area for badminton etc. foosball, pingpong, sun loungers, bbq and outside dining area. Inside it's immaculate with all the amenities you can think of, A/C in every room and everything feels brand new and well looked after. The location is very quiet in a rural village, which made it a peaceful relaxing holiday with no disturbances. I would definitely recommend a hire car to help get around easily and explore the local area and nearby towns. Ivo was especially great; he met us at the villa, showed us where everything was and gave us all the info we needed. He was also on hand and responded to messages quickly. Excellent experience all round.

The villa is of an exceptionally high standard. The owner has thought of everything to make the holiday comfortable and totally stress free. Because of its 'out of town' location it is incredibly quiet and peaceful with birdsong all day. There us an excellent fenced games area as well as the lovely pool, so games of badminton etc are fun. We loved every aspect of the villa and would definitely return.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem rundherum tollen Haus. Hier stimmt einfach alles: die Einrichtung, die Technik, der Service und zudem hat auch noch das Wetter gestimmt. Wir haben nicht eine Kleinigkeit vermisst - alles ist gut durchdacht und vorhanden. Ivo, der Hausbesitzer war für uns jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Wir hatten 2 super Wochen hier. Das Haus ist wunderschön und dazu sehr gepflegt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man relativ schnell in Omiš oder Split, einfach eine perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und möglichen Aktivitäten. Der Host Ivo ist super freundlich und zuvorkommen und stand bei Fragen oder Empfehlungen immer zur Verfügung und war erreichbar. Einfach nur top! Gerne wieder

An immaculate villa which is a home from home. Amazing pool and has everything you could need. Ivo is a lovely host and and very helpful. Villa Pera is even better than it looks in the pictures. The air conditioning is fab too. Would absolutely recommend.

Ivo was a brilliant host. Accommodation was perfect- lovely pool area and pool & outdoor bbq. Inside was modern and all very new! Lovely town of Omiš nearby and split and Hvar only 30 mins away. Thanks Ivo for a wonderful Week!

My wife and three kids stayed for a week in July. It was absolutely fantastic. The house is 100% tip-top. It's modern, has generous spaces, all the equipment needed to cook or grill etc. We also enjoyed the pingis board, fun to have some activity. The pool area was very nice and the surrounding nature beautiful. There is a supermarket "around the corner", otherwise you need a car to go to places. The host was very friendly and replied quickly! We recommend this!

We enjoyed a really lovely 10 days in this villa. It is in a pretty village with beautiful views. It is immaculate and provides a perfect space to relax inside and out. The outside area has everything you need and we enjoyed daytime sunbathing and evening BBQs. Inside the villa is really well laid out, spacious and has everything you need for cooking, and chilling out. Ivo was an excellent host and always available if he was needed. The nearest town of Omiš is pretty, has lovely restaurants, great beaches with crystal clear water and of course the river Cetina. A car is needed to enjoy the area. Would highly recommend this villa.

A lovely villa in a pretty village. The villa is immaculate inside and out and has everything you need to relax, sunbathe, BBQ or just chill inside in this spacious house. Omiš is nearby and a gorgeous town on the river. Lots of restaurants, bars, pretty beaches and crystal clear water. Ivo is an excellent host and easy to contact if needed. A car is needed to enjoy this area. Highly recommend this villa.

We had a lovely holiday in Vila Pera. There were all the necessities we needed and we were happy that it also worked with a baby. There was both a bed and a high chair. There were many towels which was nice. Nice with an outdoor grill. Wishes: We wish there was a duvet for each person, as in DK everyone has a duvet each. In addition, it would be nice to have more glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, etc. so that you don't have to wash dishes all the time. Better quality pans would also be good as the food burned easily. All in all, a lovely holiday that we would like to recommend to others. Etc. Winni Dahm

Unbelievable property and mind blowing surroundings! This villa is in a perfect location however a hire car is needed if you intend to explore the area and enjoy all the activities. Ivo our host was very accommodating, to meeting us on arrival, checking in via text to see if we needed anything to meeting us on departure. What’s an amazing holiday and we will 100% be booking to come back again! Thank you for such a great first family holiday :)

Die Villa ist wirklich top! Die Kommunikation mit Ivo dem Besitzer war super einfach und man merkt wie sehr er bemüht ist, dass alles perfekt ist. Vielen lieben Dank.

Jättetrevligt värd, bil är ett måste men det räknade vi med. jättefin hus ,uppvärmdpool 27° som hela familjen badar varje dag. jättetrevligt att åka ner till Omis med bil och stannar mitt på vägen/ berget för att ta bilder på vackra utsikter... Omis är en liten, lungt och trevligt stad, bra med restutager trots var det slutet av säsongen , fina stränder. Vi är supernöjda med allt. finns mera saker och göra i Omis men även i Split Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka 😀 tack för allt!

Wir waren 6 Tage dort und hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in Gata. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als ausreichend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass Ivo ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber ist, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sowohl der Außen - als auch der Innenbereich waren sehr sauber, dadurch fühlten wir uns wirklich wohl! Vielen Dank.

We stayed here in August for 10 days, and it was magnificent. The villa has everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a washing machine, to make your stay fantastic. The pool is amazing, and the outside area is peaceful and relaxing for having a lovely breakfast or an evening barbecue. There is nothing we missed. It's a very well-thought-out place with lots of privacy, and it's properly looked after by the owner, Ivan. Just around the corner from the villa is a little shop that has all the essentials, and very close by are great restaurants too. Also, it's a short drive to Omiš and not too far from Split, where you can find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, shops, and amazing historical places to visit.  We loved this villa, and so far, it was the best holiday we had in Croatia.

Great villa in a peaceful location and within a 15 minute driving distance of Omis and all this town has to offer. Gata is the perfect location to enjoy the activities that the Cetina river has to offer. Ivo the host was friendly and always responsive to messages. The villa was clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. We had lovely 5 days here.

Het verblijf is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Wij zijn een gezin met 4 kinderenen ze hebben het alle 4 reuze naar hun zin gehad en wij als ouders ook :) Het huis is mooi en modern ingericht. Elke kamer heeft een eigen airco en tv. En er zijn 3 badkamers aanwezig. Heerlijk zwembad met jaccuzi. Voetbal tafel en pingpong tafel zijn ook aanwezig. Het was ook fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger was. Er waren ook genoeg handdoeken. kortom je hebt echt alles wat je nodig hebt. In de keuken heb je ook alles wat je nodig hebt. Er zijn ook 2 restaurants dicht bij het huis Onze host, Ivo, is heel erg behulpzaam en aardig. Bij aankomst had hij de fruitschaal voor ons gevuld en er zat genoeg drinken in de koelkast. Een van de kinderen had de deur dicht gedaan zonder de kaart van de deur te pakken. We hebben Ivo geappt en met 15 min stond hij voor de deur met de sleutel. Gata is een klein, mooi, rustig dorpje Kortom we hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Dank je Ivo!

Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man hat einen Pool, Tischtennistisch, einige Fernseher, Drehfußball-Tisch, gut funktionierernde Klima uvm. Ein sicheres Tor und eine hohe Mauer bieten Sichtschutz.

Just perfect. Ivo is a great host and the house is extremly well equipped and clean. We highly recommend this place for vacation.
