Modern Villa M30

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Ferie Home Agency hat mir den direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter vermittelt und dieser hat mit sehr guten Empfehlungen sehr weiter geholfen. Das Haus ist sehr privat und ruhig gelegen und sehr gut zum entspannen. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern kann man auch schöne Touren fahren durch die schöne Landschaft direkt um das Haus herum. Die gesamte Unterkunft bietet viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten die Zeit zu nutzen. Ob Basketballplatz, Pool oder Outdoor-Gym, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Im Inneren des Hauses befindet sich eine top ausgestattete offene Küche mit großem Essbereich, ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und Klimaanlage. Zudem gibt es 2 Dachterrassen mit super Aussicht! Es war eine super schöne Woche und ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal!

We had the most amazing holiday here. The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean it had all what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again. The host Damir was fabulous. He and his family helped me and my family with what ever we needed. No questions asked. It made our holiday more. Just amazing so thank you very much.

Absolutely phenomenal villa! Even better than the (beautiful) photographs suggest. Very well equipped, every detail has been thought of. Very clean and modern. The host was absolutely amazing - super kind, accommodating and gave us lots of tips! We are planning our next trip there already. Would 100% recommend.

We had a truly fantastic week. Although our expectations were high, they were still exceeded. The landlord was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. A wonderful house with a large property and plenty of opportunities for children to spend time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Mai in der VillaM30. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern! Tolle Einrichtung, super modern, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann jedem einen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus empfehlen. Die Außenanlagen lässt keine wünsche offen und es kann einem nicht langweilig werden. Der Gastgeber war super lieb und bei Fragen immer erreichbar ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub ! Vielen Dank

Waren Mitte September in der Unterkunft. Alles lief perfekt, der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar, wenn man fragen hatte. Die Unterkunft sah in echt genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Damir was an exceptional host. He was so friendly & kind, giving us vegetables from his beautiful garden & local hams etc also bringing in some shopping that we’d ordered as we arrived late at night. We had a truly special time at M30, escaping from work & our reality in this amazing haven. There were so many activities that we created our own mini olympics! We would love to come back & explore more of the area. We feel so lucky that we managed to book it! Thank you, Emma

The view and the house were amazing. The house also came with a very nice heated pool and lots of activities for the whole family. We will definitely go there when we visit Croatia again.

Die Villa M30 lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns in der Woche unheimlich wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es gibt so viele Dinge in der Unterkunft, dass einem niemals langweilig wird. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und sogar einen kleinen Präsentkorb beim Check-In. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen und würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub & es hat an NICHTS gefehlt! Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend & immer für uns zu erreichen! Die Anlage ist ein Traum & das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen & waren ganz bestimmt nicht zum letztes Mal hier!

Fantastic Villa. Whether for big or small, there is something for everyone. Pool is clean. Garden is fantastically beautiful. We even got to harvest the strawberries. The basketball court, the ping-pong table and the playground were so played one round or the other, which really made our holiday perfect. Really nice contact with the owner. We got recommendations directly on the tour and restaurant. I had requested a baby bed and a high chair in advance and everything was ready directly. Gladly again. Maybe next year 😁😁

THE BEST VILLA IN CROATIA! I can’t believe that there is a holiday home in Croatia that would beat Villa M30. The home is architecturally stunning with such thought gone in to the design of the home so that it covers all you could want and more from your stay. The home and gardens are immaculately clean and well kept. The owner met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and was very hospitable and left us with a hamper of local produce. The location is in beautiful surroundings and so quiet and peaceful. You need a car but it is easy to reach lots of great sites and cities. I really can’t rave about this place enough and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Croatia.

Perfect Villa! Poolwatertemperature was 29°C in the first week of october! Very nice Playground. Every sleeping room has his own bathroom. The owners are really nice and accommodating. We did nice trips to Omiš and Split. Perfect Furnishing!

Super netter Host, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super Service, jeden Tag wurde morgens der Pool aufgeräumt. Bei jeder Frage wurde unmittelbar geholfen. Die Villa war ein Traum und in echt sogar fast schöner als auf den Bildern, super gepflegt und alles in einem neuwertigen Zustand, traumhaft schön! Besser geht es nicht.

Very recent, nice and well equipped villa (with all the amenities one can imagine), in a very quiet location , but close to many tourist sites. The exterior arrangements and the presence of the garden are undeniable assets. The swimming pool was appreciated during the heatwave period. The owner is very welcoming. Le propriétaire est vraiment super cool. La maison était très propre, l’extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La seule chose que je pourrais faire comme remarque, c’est de proposer des activités et des lieux de visite et de repas moins touristiques car toutes ces activités coûtent beaucoup d’argent pour pas grand chose. Sinon un grand bravo au propriétaire et à sa famille pour la beauté et la propreté de la villa.

Damir was the perfect host, quick to respond to any requests, and gave a really warm welcome. The villa itself is stunning! It’s beautifully furnished and in a really private and quiet setting. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as most activities / amenities are half an hour away (but for us this was perfect!) We could not have wished for a better place to stay! Thank you.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr groß und biete viele Möglichkeiten an sich zu beschäftigen, wie zum Beispiel der Basketballcourt, Kicker oder eine Tischtennisplatte. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Besitzer ist super nett und man kann jeder Zeit Kontakt aufnehmen und muss keine 5 min auf eine Antwort warten. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man seine Ruhe hat und außer vom Vogelzwitschern und Grillenzirpen nicht viel hört. An heißen Tage bietet die Villa mit vielen Klimaanlagen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt kann ich jedem die Villa nur empfehlen.

A perfect set up for a family vacation. We travelled as two families of four. Our children are aged between 7 and 12. The villa was perfect for them. They used the pool, play ground and basketball court. Car hire is a must as the villa is in the countryside with lots on offer to explore throughout the region. Damir was a great host and was very accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Ein unglaublich tolles Haus. Wir waren zu 5 im Mai 2023 dort und selbst bei kälterem Wetter konnte man es sich sehr gemütlich im beheizten Pool machen. Wir buchen nächstes Jahr sofort wieder. Hat sich gelohnt.

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la VillaM30. Cette maison est magnifique, le cadre calme et ressourçant. Damir est aux petits soins, arrangeant et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete tolle Villa mit einem traumhaften Grundstück und Garten. Man ist hier für sich allein und hat wirklich seine Ruhe und kann sich gut erholen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Me and my family stayed in Villa M30 for 10 nights. We got a warm welcome upon arrival from the owner, basket full of domestic food and bottle of wine. The Villa has fully equiped kitchen, nice sized bedrooms all with private bathrooms and cozy living room with tv and Netflix. The outside area is spectacular! There we spent a lot of time in the swimming pool, on the playground with the kids and playing basketball! Also big plus is that they have work out equipment, so you can stay in shape while you are on your vacation. And not to forget they have garden full of fruits and vegetables which are super delicious! This place has everything you need ad it is just a paradise! We will definitely come back next year! Thank you so much!

The House was amazing, well equipped and clean. The Host was very nice and reliable. We will realy miss the Modern Villa M30.

We stayed in the villa in Ugljane for two weeks with a total of five people (4 adults and 1 child) and can thoroughly recommend it. The villa is very new (built in 2018) and well maintained both inside and out. The care by the very nice landlord is absolutely top. The villa is a bit off the main road in Ugljane, but that is not a disadvantage. A small supermarket (Studenac) can be reached by car in a few minutes and there are also restaurants in Ugljane (but we did not try them). The beach of Brela is about 35 minutes away by car and the city centre of Split can be reached in about half an hour. So if you are willing to travel a bit for your leisure activities, you certainly can't go wrong with Villa M30. We plan to come back in the next few years.

The house has even exceeded our high expectations. The standard of all rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen is exceptionally good throughout. The cleanliness is unparalleled for a vacation home. The garden setting was also impressive, with great attention to detail. Damir was a great host who took very good care of our well-being. We can highly recommend Villa M30 without reservation.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der erste Eindruck war einfach nur wow. Der Eindruck hat sich auch bis zuletzt durchgezogen. Des Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Selbst für den Grill stand alles parat. Das Haus war super sauber. Der Eigentümer erzählt und dass sein Vater jeden Morgen (gegen 5/6 Uhr kommt - haben ihn weder gehört noch gesehen) und den Pool sauber macht, dieser hat auch jeden Tag draußen mit gekehrt. Wir haben uns 2 Gerichte bestellt. Dieser waren super lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und wir dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen 😊.
