There are an outdoor shower and a shaded area with a comfortable table and chairs next to the BBQ… Ideal for enjoying an evening drink while watching the sunset.
You have less than 10 minutes (4km) drive to the closest beach, restaurant, and shop - but the car is necessary because the villa is located up on the hill which is why you have stunning sea views from almost every angle of the house and very quiet environment.
There is an outdoor BBQ and covered dining area with stylish, comfortable furniture and a beautiful circular dining table is ideal for dining ‘al fresco’ during those warm Mediterranean evenings. At night you can admire the glittering lights below…. A sign of life on the Dalmatian Riviera from your secluded (but not isolated) retreat away from the cares of everyday life!

Villa Maja is located up on the hill, 4 km from the sea, shops, restaurants, sand, and stone beach.
The location is in a quiet part of the village that has few holiday homes.
The position provides great sea views from every corner of the property.
Village Jesenice is settled between the famous town Split (18km) and the small Mediterranean town Omiš (10km), and both offer a lot of great locations to visit. In Omiš you can try daily boat tours to islands, rafting on river Cetina, zip-line over Cetina river canyon, just enjoying the clearest sea in the area and there are a lot of sand and stone beaches. On another hand, Split offers a lot of historic localities, a great old part that you must visit, a very alive town all day with a lot of great restaurants and small typical Mediterranean streets in the old part of town.
