Villa IPONI is a modern villa furnished with high quality and style, offering very comfortable accommodation for 8 people, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, with all of the required home appliances in the kitchen, spacious living room with sea views and a balcony, 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, whirlpool, a sauna and a gym, 2 electric bicycles, and amazing views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains and island Brač from almost every corner.
The outdoor offers a covered dining area with a barbecue and a direct entrance to the kitchen. The outdoor staircase takes you down to the private 8m x 4m pool with hydro massage and amazing sea views. Next to it is a whirlpool and a spacious sun terrace with 7 loungers. From the pool area, a few steps up take you to the living room and lounge area.
The Interior is very well organized and well-designed, giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, ice maker, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, and more, a dining table with sea and pool views, and direct exit to the outdoor dining area. There is also a toilet and a laundry with all amenities. From this level few steps down takes you to the living room full of light and sun.
The lower ground floor offers a spacious and very nicely decorated luxury living room equipped with a TV, stereo, Bluetooth speakers, PS4, and an exit to a covered lounge corner with amazing sea views, and direct access to the pool area. A few steps down takes you to Bedroom No.1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C, sea views, and exit toward the garden. At this level, there is a sauna and a gym with a Treadmill, an exercise bike, and a bench.
The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) with a Master bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180x200cm with sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathtub with sea views, a walk-in closet, and a TV. A few steps up from this level take you to the first-floor level, offering Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180x200cm with sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a bathtub; Bedroom No4 with a double bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are far from each other, offering privacy.
Villa IPONI is located in the old part of the village of Mimice, and a car is recommended because it is located a bit up on the hill with amazing views. You are 800m away from the pebble beach in Mimice, only 400m from the local restaurant, minimarket, and bar, and 10 km from the small Mediterranean town Omiš that offers many historical attractions, restaurants, and the Cetina river with amazing canyon offering activities like Zip-line, rafting, canoeing. The nearest highway exit is Šestanovac (17 km). The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away, like the famous town Split with its great history town of Trogir, 45 minutes away, and up to a 1.5-hour drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin. The nearest airport is SPU Split`s airport (38km).
The whole property is fully fenced, and there are 3 parking places on the private plot, fenced.
