Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans cette magnifique villa. Elle est très agréable, Andelko vraiment très acceuillant et sympathique. Nous avons profité des piscines, du jacuzzi, du sauna, de chiller au salon et de profiter des terrasses et des endroits de jeux pour les enfants! Nous étions 7 et avons passé un super moment. On recommande!

Beautiful villa inside and out. Great facilities. Our group of 6 adults and a baby made full use of the 2 swimming pools, sauna, hot tub and gym equipment . Host was friendly and responsive. We had a fabulous day out on Andelko's boat and loved the olive oil, eggs and drinks he thoughtfully provided. Thank you

Very nice villa, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a few rainy days, so we were able to make use of both the indoor and outdoor pool during our stat, which was very nice. As other reviews mentioned, the driveway is very steep, which was the only drawback in our opinion. However, the view is worth it.

Brilliant modern and spacious villa, accommodated our two families with ease. Loved the different seating areas which always offered shade. Bedrooms all very spacious with comfortable beds. Yes it’s up a bit of a steep hill but we managed it in the car and walking several times. Being up the hill means you have views and are far enough from the busy coastal road at the bottom. The owner was very responsive on a couple of times we contacted him and rented us one of his boats to explore Brac. Some basic bars and restaurants within walking distance but we traveled into Omiš several times which is only c 10 mins in a car or taxi.

Villa Lemona truly is a gem. Spectacular views, gorgeous swimming pool perfect for lengths and water polo, mini football and crazy golf, table tennis, a small gym, bbq and sauna all help make this the perfect destination. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating, he generously left us daily gifts including fresh eggs from his chickens and organised boat trips and jet ski rides with ease. The hill to the villa is impressively steep but so worth the climb as you fall into this little oasis as your prize for reaching the summit. Bravo Andelko, you have created something very special.

Amazing house with a beautiful location and a very easygoing and helpful host. Duce and Omis have refreshingly few tourists compared to many other nice locations in Croatia, but the area is still attractive and it is easy to get to Brac or Hvar by boat.

This was one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed in. We booked as a family holiday for our adult children and their families (including a 10-month old). Andelko (the owner) couldn’t have been a better host. Kindly supplying us with his own chicken's eggs & olive oil made from his own trees. The Villa was so well supplied with Andelko thinking of absolutely all of our needs. The outdoor & indoor pools, jacuzzi and sauna all our favourites. The location to Omiš for adventure sports (zip lining, via Ferrata, quad biking & boat trips) and restaurants couldn’t have been better. Thank you Andelko! xx

We hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad in villa Lemona. Alles klopte, werkte en was tot onze beschikking. Er was bij binnenkomst een QR code daarop was alle info van het huis en omgeving te vinden. Ik raad deze plek iedereen aan.

The home was lovely, and we had a great time staying there. The place has a nice swimming pool both inside and outside, and a great view of the ocean. The host was very friendly, and helped us with both a linen switch during the stay, and also turned on the heat in the outdoor swimming pool at our request. The area is beautiful, with a lovely beach right down the hill from the house with all amenities and a nice bar. The nearby town is very beautiful and cosy. And Spilt is just a quick 30 min drive away, or a 35 euro taxi trip.

The villa is and has everything you could want. The views are spectacular and we used the outside space from morning to night. It was great that everyone had their own bathroom and balcony - lots of coming together as a family but space for quiet and privacy if wanted. There are so many things to keep the family entertained…. We used the sauna, pool, table tennis, all the time. Everything you need is walkable…a great restaurant called the Rogac and excellent take away pizzas at the local bar. There are mini markets for buying supplies but supermarket at Duce is worth the extra few miles. We did walk back from Duce one day. The owner was extremely accommodating, getting shopping for us so that we had food on our 8pm arrival. The villa is spotless and well maintained and check in and check out was flexible and straight forward. We recommend a car for exploring beautiful Croatia from this spot and, If you visit Split, take the longer mountain route - the traffic on the coastal road is completely congested. We were two families and had a wonderful week in Duce. The villa is beautiful, quiet and offers all the confort you can dream of. And the host was very helpful and responsive. The road to the villa is quite steep but you have a lovely beach and restaurant not far away and, if you want to go further, Omis (10 minutes drive) or Split (30 minutes drive) have everything to offer. A highly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week at this Villa for a special birthday. The team were incredibly helpful helping to arrange a private meal, decorations and boat hire. Beautiful Villa ticked away at the top of a steep hill. Everything you could wish for an amazing stay and views to die for.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Lemona in June. Andelko was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us. He even kindly gave us some beers on arrival and fresh eggs for breakfast one morning. The villa itself was clean and well equipped. The views from the pool area especially were even better than the pictures. Be aware that the access to the property is up a particularly steep / tight driveway. We had rented an SUV as our hire car so this wasn't to much of a problem, but walking back up the hill after a busy day at the beach can be challenging. All in all we had a terrific stay at the Villa and it met or exceeded all of our expectations! Thanks also to Tonka at Feriehome for her help with making the booking and check in so painless! We look forward to using Feriehome again for another Croatian adventure in the future!

Villa Lemona is an amazing place to stay, and even better than it looks in the pictures! It is superbly built and laid out, with some very thoughtful touches. We had a 3-year old with us and experienced all sorts of weather while staying there, but with the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, plus all the play areas, we were never stuck for things to do. We loved the mountain and sea view, being able to walk down to the beach, the nice size rooms and beds with amazing views! Duce and Omis are beautiful gems on this coast. Andelko our host was wonderful and bought us fresh eggs and olive oil. It was dark, wet and raining and very late in the evening when we arrived and he had left some refreshments and even went to grab pizza for us! THANK YOU again for everything! We will for sure recommend this villa, and plan to be back here next year!

The house was exactly as the pictures! The communication was easy and very clear! The house was so clean, we enjoyed everything in the house and especially the outside places we’re incredible, so as the view! It was an amazing stay it couldn’t be better this house and the location!

The host was a lovely person! He always replied back fast when messaging and when we arrived to the property he was very welcoming. He even offered to take us to the supermarket as it was a bit far and said we can contact him whenever which he stuck to his words. The Villa was beautiful, very private and it just felt amazing being away from other houses. Beautiful mountain views and a clear view of the beach. All bedrooms had an ensuite and balcony. Will definitely recommend and I hope to come back again one day.

Sehr schöne Villa.

The road to the villa is narrow and steep, which can be challenging for the elderly and families with small children. The area was very peaceful, gave us privacy and the ocean view from the villa was amazing. The house itself was nice, clean and well furnished, with plenty of room for everybody. Also the sun deck area was also spacy enough. The sunbathing area below would have needed clearing. Sauna and hot jacuzzi were in daily use. We also ordered a massage service to our villa, and we will give great recommendations to Barbara. Hosts father suprised us with fresh fruits, olive oil and eggs which was heart warming. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not heated even though it was advertised as such in the brochure. The faulty oven caused extra trouble in the first three days. Finally on the fourth day our host replaced it with a new one. Many thanks to Tonka (Feriehome), Avax Car Rental -team and Adriatic Shuttle.

Liebes Ferihome Team, Lieber Vermieter, es war ein grandioser Aufenthalt mit einem mega tollen Haus. Wir konnten uns sehr erholen. Unser Gastgeber mit seinem Vater und seiner Frau sind super nette Menschen. Schön daß wir euch kennenlernen durften. Der Ausblick vom Haus aufs Meer und die Berge ist wunderschön. Leider liegt das Haus an einer sehr steilen Straße, für Menschen mit Kindern und Kinderwagen empfehlen wir ein Auto. Für Sportler das beste Programm für Beine. Die meisten wichtigen Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand bietet alles was man möchte. Die nahe gelegene Stadt Omis ist mit dem Taxi in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Für alle die ein tolles Haus buchen möchten, ihr macht nichts verkehrt. Macht weiter so und danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Our stay at Villa Lemona was perfect. Very clean, everything is as described. The owner Andelko was a great host and his Father gave us his own eggs, wine and olive oil and lots of advice on places to visit. The views are spectacular from the Villa. Only draw back is the very steep hill to climb on approach. The booking process and communication with Ferie home was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back.

The accommodation is just as perfect as in the photos. The owner is very friendly and always available and also outside the rental issue always available with advice and recommendations. Very nice view and good location. 5min walk to a very nice sandy beach and 30min by car to Split or 5min to Omiš. Thank you for a perfect vacation. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful spacious comfortable villa with amazing views, partly due to the fact that it sits at top of very steep hillside! Facilities are excellent - the hot tub proved to be especially popular, particularly when the weather was not so warm, being April! And sauna and indoor resistance pool were added bonuses.

Vila je izjemna, z vso opremo, ki jo nudi in pozicijo na prelepi točki iz katere je čudovit pogled na morje in Biokovom v ozadju. Vilo smo najeli v začetku maja, nudi ves komfort, ki smo ga pričakovali, z vrhunsko notranjo in zunanjo opremo, ogrevanim bazenom zunaj in v notranjosti, savno in jaccuzijem zunaj in je v popolnosti izpolnila naša pričakovanja. Prelepa vila in narava okoli nje. Brezhibna čistoča in vrhunska oprema, nevsiljiv lastnik, ki pa je izpolnil vse naše morebitne dodatne želje. Vrhunsko!

Perfect Villa for families and for relaxing. Very nice owner and everything in the neighbourhood, whatever you need.

This is a magnificent property, well maintained, lovingly cared for by its owner who is local and stops by (even with eggs from his hens!). The house is modern, well equipped, the views are spectacular and you are a couple of hundred yards from the Adriatic Sea. Our family (5 adults and a baby) greatly enjoyed Villa Lemona and highly recommend it.
