There are numerous bars and restaurants located along the coast, and the nearest is 220m from the villa. The nearest mini market is 550m, the beach is only 220m far, and the village center is 1,2km from the villa. * The OUTDOOR offers A private 7,5m x 4m infinity swimming pool, heated and with hydro massage. The swimming pool is treated with hydrolysis, a system for the disinfection of water without the use of chlorine, bromine, or other chemicals. Makes the water crystal clear, without eyes and skin irritation, fully ecological, and kind for your skin. There is a sun deck area with an outdoor shower, 8 deck chairs spread over two levels, next to the pool, and on the artificial grass plot a few steps lower (also approachable from the wellness zone at the lower ground floor). A few steps above the pool is a covered deck area with a lounge corner and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas). You can approach directly from the kitchen and from the living area on the ground floor.
* The GROUND floor: It is a fully air-conditioned 60sqm area connected with the outdoors with glass-to-ceiling doors offering a very bright and open living area. A fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a wine cooler, an ice maker, a Phillips LatteGo coffee maker, a filter for water...). There is a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 5, Bluetooth speakers, Netflix, Spotify, and more. The river adventure starts on the banks of the Cetina River in the Biokovo Mountain region. If you prefer mountain areas there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience.
