Every winter, our team adds new homes to the FerieHome portfolio, and the 2026 intake is one of the strongest we have signed. Ten properties carry the "New in offer" label this season and cover the full range of guest requests. Every villa is inspected personally by one of our members.
We have grouped the ten new villas by area so you can plan the kind of holiday you want. The Omiš Riviera leans toward beaches and the Cetina River adventure scene. The Split area offers culture, nightlife, and easy access to the airport. The Imotski countryside, part of the Makarska hinterland, trades the coast for space, silence, and the best prices of the season. If you are still deciding where to base yourself, our Omiš guide for 2026 and the ultimate guide to renting villas in Split explore each region in more detail.

New villas on the Omiš Riviera
Omiš is the adventure capital of central Dalmatia. Rafting, zip-lining, and canyoning - you can find it all near this small town. Plus, a string of sandy and pebble beaches running north toward Split. Three new villas join our Omiš collection for 2026.
Villa Diamond, Dugi Rat: a seven-bedroom house for big groups
Villa Diamond is the largest of this year's new arrivals. It sits in the village of Mali Rat, about 500 meters from the nearest pebble beach and 5 km from Omiš. It can accommodate up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. The layout runs over three levels, each with its own kitchen and living area. This is the perfect place for two or three families traveling together.
Outside, there is a 42-square-meter pool with a hydromassage section and a shallow area for small children. Guests can spend time in a covered summer kitchen or relax in a spa zone with a Finnish sauna. A separate media room with a games console is an added bonus. Nightly rates start at 443 euros and rise to 1,000 euros in peak August. Diamond is built for milestone trips, reunions, and weeks everyone remembers.

Villa My Way, Naklice: a cottage for couples and small families
Villa My Way is at the opposite end of the scale and is one of the better-value homes we added this year. It is a cozy 150-square-meter cottage-style villa in Naklice. This villa works best for two families with children, sleeping 6 plus 2 in three bedrooms and a playroom.
The private pool is heated and measures 38 square meters, with an electrolytic filter gentle on the skin, and the garden keeps its privacy behind the fence. Inside, there is a piano for music lovers, and a playroom with a games console and a tent for younger children. Rates start at 171 euros per night and go up to 400 euros.

Seaview Villa EBS, Lokva Rogoznica: panoramic views above the coast
Seaview Villa EBS is a newly built home on the slopes of Lokva Rogoznica, south of Omiš. It has open views over the sea, the islands, and the mountains. It has four bedrooms for up to 8 guests, spread across three levels.
The heated pool uses salt electrolysis for a chlorine-free swim. The sun deck has eight loungers, plus fitness equipment at a small playground on the grass. The owner even leaves a stand-up paddleboard for the local beach. Because the access roads are narrow, a car is needed here. Rates start at 229 euros a night and go up to 600 euros in peak season.

New villas in Imotski and the Makarska hinterland
Inland Imotski is the value story of central Dalmatia. The plots are large, the nights are quiet, and the prices are below the coast. You trade a beachfront address for space and privacy. The famous Red Lake and Blue Lake, two natural sinkholes near Imotski, are a short drive from each home. The Makarska Riviera beaches are usually 20 to 35 minutes away by car, so a rental car is essential here. Three new villas join this part of the map for 2026.
Villa Izvor, Vinjani Donji: a traditional stone retreat
Villa Izvor is a charming stone villa in the village of Vinjani Donji, 4 km from Imotski. The property retains its original stone walls while adding modern comforts within its 150 square meters. It sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool with an electrolysis filter, a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, and a sundeck with eight loungers. Three of the four bedrooms are en-suite. The Biokovo Skywalk and the Makarska coast are within an hour, and the Red and Blue Lakes are minutes away. Rates start at 171 euros a night with a 400-euro deposit. Izvor is one of the best-value family homes in the whole new intake.

The summer kitchen behind sliding doors comes with its own television and games console. The youngest guests can enjoy a playground. The Red and Blue Lakes are 9 km away, and the Makarska Riviera beaches are around 20 minutes by car. Rates start at 257 euros per night with a 400-euro deposit.
