Villa Elia

Our stay in Villa Elia was nothing less than amazing, Milan was a great and caring host and the house was super luxurious. Our kids lived their best life in the heated pool and we were very positively surprised by the mosquito nets on all windows and doors additionally the house had multiple options for entertainments, table tennis, playstation, Netflix, board games. From the house it was very easy to access great visiting sights, we did the Zip line Split (huge recommendation), Fortress Klis, hiking in the woods and rented a boat with captain for a day all within 20 min drive, -having a car available is a must to access the house. Vila Elia has our highest recommendation!

Die Unterkunft war super. Es sieht Live vor Ort noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Wir waren zu 7. in der Villa und hatten genug Platz. Alles ist vorhanden von der Kücheneinrichtungen bis hin zur Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Klopapier. Außerdem gibt es auch viele Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis, eine PlayStation mit spielen, einen Gasgrill und natürlich das Highlight der Riesen Pool. Alles ist super sauber und Milan als Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Ich würde jeden empfehlen diese Villa zu nehmen wenn man nach Split kommt.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at Villa Elia. We would highly recommend this villa. The house was amazing, it lived up to its description and photos and was very clean. We arrived in the evening and Milan, our host, met us at the villa to show us around and he had brought us some essential groceries, which was a lovely touch and appreciated. The place is very private and is set back from the road. A car is preferable especially as the road outside the villa doesn’t have pavements. We hired a car for our holiday, however we were also able to easily book taxis to take us into Split and Solin for nights out through Uber and Bolt for a very reasonable price. We had a slight issue with the water one night, however Milan responded straight away to resolve the situation. We would highly recommend visiting Trogir, Krka National Park and taking a boat trip to the blue caves and the blue lagoon. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return to Villa Elia!

Wir waren vom 19.08 bis zum 26.08.23 in der villa elia. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Ein absoluter traum dieses haus. Wir haben und direkt wohl gefühlt, alles total sauber! Und ein RIESEN DANK an milan, er war direkt zur stelle wenn etwas war, innerhalb 10 Minuten war er bei uns und hat geholfen. Lieben lieben dank! Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen der nach Kroatien möchte.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Villa Elia. A truly beautiful villa, exceptionally clean, well equipped and the view is stunning. Milan couldn’t have been more helpful arranging restaurant bookings, watersports and even local craft beer recommendations . It doesn’t get any better than that. We very much enjoyed staying at Villa Elia. Conveniently located a little way up the hillside overlooking Split and the islands beyond. The outdoor area/ pool was a highlight: the latter well-maintained by our host, the perfect temperature and big enough for four of us. The Villa was modern, spacious, well-equipped and maintained to the highest standards. Our host was very helpful and friendly, achieving the balance between support and allowing us to get on with it. He provided a useful online guide to the area. Security gates and the opportunity to park the car in the shade of the villa. We would definitely recommend Villa Elia.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying in this charming Airbnb! The host Milan was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access into Split or Trogir. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my trip. I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful stay!

Beautiful villa with a wonderful pool and outdoor area to relax and enjoy. Cozy bedrooms and great living room kitchen open space. Villa is located in a slightly awkward area that is somewhat difficult without a car, need to flag down taxis/ubers at the driveway entrance occasionally, but still completely worth it with the great benefit of beautiful and quiet surroundings. The mountains in view from the pool area are magnificent. Had all the amenities we needed (washing machine/iron etc) and when we contacted the host they were helpful and understanding when we accidentally broke a key, which was very appreciated!

A really beautiful villa - looks exactly as the photos. It's very peaceful and not overlooked at all. Exceptionally clean and everything is shiny and new. Excellent air-conditioning for the hotter days. Milan was very helpful with and communicative with our late arrival and early departure. Location wise - It's off a busy road with no footpath so nowhere nearby is particularly walkable and about 20 mins in a car to Split harbour. Plenty of shops within 10 minute drive.

The villa is just beautiful, modern, great outdoors, pool, table tennis, peaceful location. Requires a car to get places, but very close to a mini supermarket 2 minutes up the road in the car and 15 minutes into the city Split. Milan the host was very attentive and accommodating. Great stay and would definitely go back again.

Stayed here with friends . What can I say? ,amazing place , spotless, everything you need in the villa, milan the owner was a lovely guy, we hired a chef for the evening and I would definitely recommend him his food was excellent . Absolutely loved croatia . And will definitely go back to villa Elia , one word sums our holiday up , AMAZING.

What a fabulous time myself & 5 friends had staying at this beautiful villa to celebrate my 60th birthday. The villa was all we wanted & more! Milan, the owner was a lovely gentleman & had stocked the fridge with food & drinks to get us started, including a delicious chocolate birthday cake 😋 he was also on hand in case we had any problems. It’s in a lovely peaceful location & totally private, a car or taxi is essential to get around. Ana at Feriehome was very helpful with the booking process & answered any questions promptly. Thank you for helping us make some special memories 😌 I would love to return in the near future. Jan

If I could give Milan 100 out of 10, I would. He was such an amazing host. Had refreshments ready for us on arrival and on multiple occasions checked up to see if anything else was needed. The location was private and beautiful. A very nice mountain backdrop with the property looking out to the city. There are games and ping pong table to add to the experience. Everything needed to make it a home was available. I'm talking washing machine, fully loaded kitchen, rooms with air conditioning, BBQ, etc. Getting into split was pretty easy with Uber cost around 10euro If you need a place to stay, do not hesitate to book.

We had a lovely stay at this air bnb. It was exactly as described, very modern, clean and beautiful views. The pool was heated and is perfect for a small group. You will need to get taxi as the roads nearby are not walkable but these were very reasonably priced (split is about 15 mins). The host was perfect, very quick to respond and went the extra mile to make our trip so special. We were welcomed by the host along with food/drink/cleaning supplies. The host really couldn’t do enough for us, even surprising us with a birthday cake during the trip! I would 100% recommended this air bnb, you won’t be disappointed.

Great estate, really stunning views and a heated pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at this stunning property, it was a pleasure to have a heated pool which does not happen very often in other villa's. We would recommend a car for this property, we did not hire a car and found it difficult to get any taxi's to take us from a super market to the house. The house owner was fantastic and picked us up from our super market trip. After this occasion we used his taxi friend for all the other trips and he was excellent. Call him on +385958617614. The road noise was more than we expected so we recommend taking a blue tooth speaker to play out side this will help off set he traffic noise. This is a great house.

Nous vous recommandons ce lieux à 100% La location d’une voiture est vivement recommandée pour se rendre sur la ville de split en 15 minutes.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Elia. Milan war sehr bemüht und es ist wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Absolute amazing Villa, very clean and full of all necessary equipment. The owner is very courteous and helpfull. Last but not least wie loved the Villa because of the greate Pool an the view over the city direct to the ocean :-)

It was a great experience and an honor to meet Antonia and Milan. My girlfriend and I stayed at Villa Elia the last week of August. A wonderful and tastefully decorated villa. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. After a very nice conversation and great recommendations from the hosts (restaurants, butchers, shopping, activities) we were able to enjoy the evening to the full. The outside area with a noble terrace and a new gas grill invites you to relax. The large and new private pool rounds off the outdoor area and leaves nothing to be desired. It was just lovely. The new house, built with great care in the smallest detail, is absolutely fantastic not only the large living room is tastefully and lovingly furnished, every room is clean and furnished with great attention to detail, so that you just feel comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the floor-level shower is great, and the kitchen has a fully automatic coffee machine, stove and oven that is state-of-the-art. We had a wonderful time in Croatia and the homeowners didn't just make a small contribution. We love to think back on time and are overjoyed to have met people like Milan and Antonia. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a very large and comfortable living room and open kitchen at the ground floor. Also, there is a third large bathroom at the ground floor. The house have everything you need , the kitchen is well equipped, with modern and new appliances. The terrace is beautiful, large, comfortable. You can stay at the sun or in the shadow -your choice. The pool is quite large, it made both the kids and the adults happy. The host , Milan, is very nice and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and give us local tips. A good starting point for Split area.
