The villa offers 286 sqm of nicely decorated and fully air-conditioned interior and it is equipped with entertainment for everybody, and it makes it a perfect choice for a family holiday.
* The outdoor area offers exclusively for you a heated private 6m x 6m swimming pool with hydro-massage, 8 sun deck chairs, a covered outdoor dining area with amazing views of the surroundings and the sea, a lounge corner, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, a slide and a swing for your youngest. The evenings here are spectacular, enjoying a glass of wine overviewing the sunset and the town's Split lights.
* The ground floor offers a very spacious and air-conditioned living area, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker..), a dining table, a kitchen island with bar stools, a TV, A/C, free WiFi, direct exit to the sun deck area with sea views. There is a Bedroom No1 (14sqm) with a queen-size bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with a shower (3sqm). There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities (9sqm). A separate toilet. In the garage is a Fun zone (20 sqm) with table soccer, and table tennis and there are some additional toys for your youngest.
