Such and amazing villa and wonderful host. We had the most amazing vacation. We really enjoyed warm pool, it was difficult to get kids out of it. We loved everything about this Villa. Definitely coming back.

This place was utter bliss! Pero was the ultimate host and nothing was too much. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

Perfect villa and host Amazing villa, a very high end finish & attention to detail with stunning views over split. Pero was a wonderful host, from the day we arrived he laid on a fantastic meat & cheese platter for us & during our stay popped in with fresh bread & pastries. Nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel like friends rather than guests. Definitely recommend & would love to go back!

This is our second year coming back to the same Villa and the amazing view, hospitality and high quality level of furniture managed to surprise us again! All the rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful view of Split ( 15min by car) and the ocean when you wake up. EVERY PART OF THE VILLA IS DECORATED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS, WHERE YOU NOTICE LUXURY IN EVERY CORNER OF THE HOUSE. Lastly, the villa gave us a lot of privacy while at the same time not feeling isolated! Again amazing experience in the best villa possible!!

The home was incredible! We were so comfortable and at peace in such a beautiful space with a gorgeous view! Everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so helpful! We will stay again if we visit Split again

The Airbnb was fantastic, great location, private, the host was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this place for a good time. The Villa looks even better in person then on photos. Will definitely visit this Villa again if i come back to Split

Our company had a wonderful time in this great villa. The photos are not embellished, everything corresponded to the reality. The host Pero is extremely caring, helpful and super hospitable! We lived comfortably, beautifully and enjoyed the wonderful view of Split. The pool area is great, but next time we would ask for the extra cleaning. We stayed 8 days and it was pity, that we could not extend the visit. Best wishes Pero!

The most incredible experience staying at the villa! This was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. The location was amazing, the Villa was incredible and very clean! To top it off the host was nicest guy, him and his family were very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa 7th Heaven. Pero, the host, was kind and generous; going above our expectations and making us feel incredibly welcome - and keeping us well fed with lovely local fruit, ham and cheese! The location of the villa was about a 20-minute drive from Split and meant that it had an incredible view as well as being peaceful. It was really easy getting transport into the centre (we used bolt), but Pero also helped, especially with airport transfers. The villa itself is beautiful with great space both indoor and outdoor. The hot tub, table tennis and PlayStation were an added bonus as well for any rainy days. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Split!

Where do I start, the villa was sensational. Out host was amazing and made us feel very safe and taken care of - i came with a group of friends for my hen party. Pedro really took care of us helping us with airport transfers and general navigation around the town. the villa was super clean and had everything you would need for a holiday! my friends and i loved it here and we can't wait to be back in the future! thank you to Ferie home for helping make this trip perfect. They also provided us with a list of contact to book various things. some of our favourites were the private chef (the food was delicious) and the quad bikes! thank you once again!!

I can’t recommend this villa enough, Pero was more than accommodating from start to finish. From the moment we arrive we were made very welcome, Pero with all his little touches made our stay even more special. Villa 7th Heaven is the prefect place of luxury and tranquility, only 10-15 from the centre of split which is beautiful but in a quiet area that you can relax and chill plus you have the best view of split. The villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in, the hot tub, pool, basketball, ping pong and gym went down a treat with us all, kept the adults and children entertained. The villa is a absolutely stunningly decorated to the highest standard. I can’t recommend this villa enough, definitely worth a visit we will look to stay again!

This house is even better than advertised! The location is fantastic, away from the noise and busyness of the city, but close enough to be there in 15-20 minutes. The features of the house are unbelievable. - The pool is amazing! - The outdoor space is great, and very private - The indoor jacuzzi is a wonderful place to unwind - Everything inside the house has been thoroughly thought about and considered The house is so clean and just a perfect place to unwind. The best part about this house though, is the owner and his thoughtfulness in making us feel so welcome! He was super responsive and only cared that we had an amazing time. Such great people and we would definitely look for this property first when we return to Split! The home is amazing, but what made the stay extra special was your welcome, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. One of the best experiences we have ever had using AirBnB! Une villa au top. Tout ce qu’il faudrait pour votre séjour est dans la villa et plus encore. Elle est dans un quartier calme mais assez proche de split quand même. La vue est superbe sur split. Une salle de bain dans chacune des chambres, salle de sport, jacuzzi, bbq et coin jeux à l’extérieur (foot, panier de basket, ping pong) Vous avez absolument tout pour passer des vacances de rêve. Pero a prit soin de répondre à toutes nos questions et demandes. Il nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les activités et les restaurants. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir!

Our stay at the Villa 7th Heaven was absolutely great - waiting for the next time! There is amazing view from each side of the villa (so dinner on the terrace is a must), and the house interior is super nice. The host Pero is very friendly and really did everything to make our stay as nice as possible. For 8 women on a long weekend, it was also excellent to have a separate bathroom in each room. Everything that you can possibly need during a villa holiday was available. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood and a convenient distance from Split center, perfect balance.

The place was amazing and served our group of friends perfectly. Our host/owner of the villa, Pero, exceeded our expectations by a mile. He made sure we had a ride (boat or taxi) everywhere we needed and offered us one of the most memorable BBQ evening. That same evening, we were lucky enough to meet his family as well. Especially Pero’s daughter Petra made a great impression. Only 11 years old but so intelligent that she was able to hold a really interesting conversation (plans to become an interior designer). I would have given this 6/5, but have to settle for 5/5. So it doesn’t matter if you want to visit new places every day or relax at the pool, this is the villa to select.

...The villa is decorated not as a rental villa but as someone's home and it shows. You do get better quality furnitures and finishes. The swimming pool is heated which is a great option and yet again, our host made no issue to turn up the heat during a few brisk days. Another great feature is the jacuzzi which also has the same amazing views as does the small patio next to the living room which quickly became everyone's favorite spot for a morning/afternoon coffee/evening drink. This is a great, great villa for either a family or a group of friends to relax and have fun. It's made even better by the host whom goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is there for every wish you have. 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived at Villa 7th heaven we were greeted by probably the warmest and kindest host we have ever encountered on our many, many trips. Our host Pero was ready for whatever request or questions we had and always took action right away and with warmth. He also helped us with a boat charter and guided us to all the right spots and places to visit. A boat charter is highly recommended to visit amazing places like Hvar and Milna. The villa is located within a 10 min drive above the hills from Split. Split itself is a nightware when it comes to traffic, but within a few minutes drive you are in a tranquil place with a wonderfull view of the Adriatic Sea and Split. The Villa is located more or less minutes from where the action is, beaches, restaurants but also historical sites and loads of supermarkets, yet without the noise or distractions of the big city.

Hello Pero, Thank you for an incredibly nice time in your house in Klis near Split. The pictures can only give a first small overview, live your house is much nicer, we felt at home. The house is on the hill near Split, the historic old town is a maximum of 15 minutes away. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired: fitness, jacuzzi, PS5 for the children, Netflix and Starlink - Internet (we have never had). Also outside, with a large grill, table tennis, basketball and a small children's playground, plus of course a beautiful pool. I could list a lot more, but I would like to thank you Pero. You are a very nice, competent and all-round great host, with lots of tips for everything to do with your stay. The house is a top recommendation in all respects. We will come back for sure... Hallo Pero, vielen Dank für eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in deinem Haus in Klis bei Split. Die Bilder können nur einen ersten, kleinen Überblick geben, live ist euer Haus um ein vielfaches schöner, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg bei Split, die historische Altstadt ist max. 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen: Fitness, Jacuzzi, PS5 für die Kinder, Netflix, Starlink-Internet (hatten wir noch nie)…. Auch außen, mit großen Grill, Tischtennis, Basketball und Kleinkinderspielplatz und natürlich ein wunderschöner Pool. Ich könnte noch sehr viel aufzählen, möchte mich aber auch zu dir Pero kurz äußern: Ein sehr netter, kompetenter und rundum toller Gastgeber, mit vielen Tips rund um den Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist in allen Belangen eine Topempfehlung! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen D.M. und Familie

The House is super functional, top decorated and is even better in reality than on the beautiful pictures we received before our arrival. We really enjoyed the calm and the view of Klis at only 15mn from city center of split. ...The house was incredible, way more beautiful than the photos can depict. Split in itself is an incredible place with a bunch of wonderful people. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a vacation this house is definitely the spot. The pool, jacuzzi, and all the rooms are extraordinary and the owner is very hospitable. Stayed here for one week and wish I had booked to stay for much more.

We have a wonderful time. The exterior garden is bigger than in the picture and we were able to spend some nice time outside playing with the basketball hoops and football pitch. There is also a ping pong table along with a barbecue that is perfect if you want to spend all your day outside enjoying a sunny day. The house is in the mountains with a beautiful view and close to split (only 15 min) by car. There are beaches and other nice city attractions that are relatively close by car as well. The owner of the house is super nice and took great care of us. We will definitely return next summer for more...

Pero is a top host who goes that extra mile to ensure your stay is second to none. The views from the villa are spectacular and ever changing. - just wish we could have stayed longer. It is difficult to write a review, as this place is so wonderful that you don't know how to start to write about it. Also, the owner and his family are absolutely amazing people and they will help you with whatever you need. The house is equipped with everything that is needed and each piece of equipment is of the highest standard. The location, the view, the quietness, the nature (trees, mountain around it) - are absolutely unique! The house it's huge, plenty of space in each room. The swimming pool it's larger than what is usually in the area. The jacuzzi it's also very large and it is inside with extraordinary view of Split. I could continue to write about it and feel like I would never stop. Therefore, go and see it! :) A big Thank you to Pero & Family!
